Review: I have to buy uniform gym clothes. The school seems to only deal with ideal uniforms. I placed the order with 2 weeks until school starts. I received an e-mail 1 week before school started saying clothes were on back order and that they were going to charge me $4 additional shipping for each additional package they need to send. I think that is absurd, as shipping is their problem and not mine. I then e-mailed at their request that they ship what they had and to let me know what is shipping and how many additional packages I am going to be charged for. Since Thursday, I have spent over 5 hours on hold and sent several e-mails, [redacted] messages, and [redacted] blasts trying to get any response from them. It has been impossible. At this point I don't believe I am ever going to get my clothes, and that they are way over charging for shipping. On the website it says they ship clothes if they are in stock within one business day, but that is a total falsehood. Please help. I am at the end of my rope.Desired Settlement: I would like them to respond to me when they are going to deliver my daughter's clothes and they should pay for all additional shipping charges as that is not my issue. If I have to pay for shipping fine, I just want her clothes and some type of response from the business. I would also like for them to have people to answer their phone number or reply to e-mails as they keep sending people to the e-mail on their hold messages.

The company has charged me in full and not sent all of my items. They have not contacted me at all and I can not get in touch with them after numerous hours of trying

Review: Re: Order #[redacted] I did not receive entire order. In addition,I returned 3 items for exchange. After numerous phone calls I keep getting a run around and no refund or exchange. I faxed a copy of original online order together with a copy of receipt as they requested. They will not answer my e-mails. I think this company is a fraud. Please help me.Desired Settlement: Full refund for items never delivered and the ones that were returned.
