In our defense when we tried to run [redacted] Credit Card it was declined. When the other companies called doing a credit check they were not told that she gave us a bad credit card they we simply told that she was a cash account meaning that she has to pay before delivery. All of us Propane... companies do credit checks with one another before allowing them to change companies. This ensures that no company is left holding a outstanding bill. We told the other 2 companies that she did not owe a bill. We have mailed [redacted] her refund check, that was done last week... We would like to apologize to [redacted] if she feels that things were handled wrong, but these are the policies that we have to go by.
