Review: I'm complaining because (ideal furniture center inc. location;[redacted])refuse to return deposit $500.00wich I paid in order to purchase a furniture.It was verbal agreement between salesperson and myself, what I have to be shur if king size bed will fit to the stairs of my hause.Whan ( on the same day ) I found the bed will not fit, I ask salespersonto return diposit, but they refuse to do it.I was told, because I spent to many hours on the floor of this store, they will keep $500.00 as a service fee.Store contract ( For any custom special order, depasit must be 50% of the total.)I never paid 50% of this order, so order was never placed[redacted] ot the store [redacted], was very rude whan my wife ask him to return depasit.Sincerely.[redacted] 03/**/2015CC (local consumer group, government agencies)Desired Settlement: I'd like my money back
