Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/05/28) */ It has come to my attention to this complaint as new owner of this company I haven't gave a solution to this case for two reasons ..the first reason according to my records the customer has call numerous times to request a service and had take in consideration to call the company which is called GLOBAL FURNITURE USA ..apparently GLOBAL FURNITURE USA is a company that sells furniture on a container program which means they sell only large quantities of furniture to dealers like usthe second reason would be because when the customer made the purchase with Ideal furniture in May 5,I wasn't the owner of Ideal Furniture at that time I purchase the company in February 20, but as resolution I cannot replace the furniture because I no longer make business with Global Furniture USA I'm willing to negotiate a fair solution with the customer on a different merchandise that I carry at my store Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 11, 2015/05/31) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I would first like to thank Ideal Furniture for respondingWe do agree that I have called Ideal furniture several times in regards to my furnitureBut I have yet to receive a call from the store owner I did inquire about Global incbut the bottom line is my receipt says Ideal Furniture Gallery and that is who sold it to meThe new owner is in essence Ideal FurnitureIn regards to the second part of your response it is unclear to me what you mean by negotiate fair solution on different merchandiseSo to clarifyIf what you are proposing is replacing my furniture with a set that has a similar style and similar features I would be willing to accept thatAnd we can Negotiate delivery costs and any other small details that might ariseAlso my contact information is still the same should Ideal Furniture want to call me personally Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 21, 2015/08/21) */ On 6/15/I picked out a new set of furnitureThe owner was kind enough to order what ever would make me happyThe couch and love seat were delivered to my home within a few days but the wedge was on back orderThe wedge came in and was delivered to me on 8/21/Ideal Furniture replaced my furniture at no cost other than a small delivery feeI am completely satisfied with the outcome and I am officially dropping my complaint/case against Ideal FurnitureBecause of the way this complaint was handled and the customer service I received I would recommend Ideal Furniture to others

I would first like to thank Ideal Furniture for responding. We do agree that I have called Ideal furniture several times in regards to my furniture. But I have yet to receive a call from the store owner.
I did inquire about Global inc. but the bottom line is my receipt says Ideal Furniture Gallery and that is who sold it to me. The new owner is in essence Ideal Furniture. In regards to the second part of your response it is unclear to me what you mean by negotiate fair solution on different merchandise. So to clarify. If what you are proposing is replacing my furniture with a set that has a similar style and similar features I would be willing to accept that. On 6/15/2015 I picked out a new set of furniture. The owner was kind enough to order what ever would make me happy. The couch and love seat were delivered to my home within a few days but the wedge was on back order. The wedge came in and was delivered to me on 8/21/15. Ideal Furniture replaced my furniture at no cost other than a small delivery fee. I am completely satisfied with the outcome and I am officially dropping my complaint/case against Ideal Furniture. Because of the way this complaint was handled and the customer service I received I would recommend Ideal Furniture to others.
