The Cool Sculpting is a scamI don't know whether it is the actual medical procedure, or that Ideal Image medical staff does not do the treatment correctlyI was given a treatment months ago on my inner thighsI was told to come back after months to see resultsThere was absolutely no change in my thigh fatThen, the consultant just shrugged her shoulders and said, "it really takes more than one treatment to show results." This was never mentioned to me when I got the original consultation before the treatmentThis should have been discussed before the procedureSo, I am stuck paying $for a procedure that did absolutely nothingVery frustrating!! advertising at its best!

I will never go back to ideal image and they have permanently lost my business as well as my friends, family and guests (I work in the beauty industry)I always had good or even awesome experiences in the past, getting 1cc each visit of Juvederm Ultra XC injected by JillianI most recently received an injection on Friday, January 20,by JillianBefore appointments and after, they always take before and after picturesHowever, this time no pictures were taken and I found that weirdWe went over what I wanted to accomplish, mainly wanting to concentrate the filler in the corners of my mouth as they cave in more than the middleKeep in mind it is mixed with lidocaine so by the end of the injections you're pretty much completely numbShe started to squeeze my upper left corner of my mouth saying she felt a lump of product and she needed to massage it outShe kept squeezing harder and harder (and I started to feel pain even though I was completely numb, so you can imagine how hard she was squeezing) until she finally stoppedShe backed away and said she had caused a hematoma (A BLOOD CLOT!!!) and that it would take a few weeks for it to go awayI left the office with a black open wound and a bee-stung looking top lip that was a hair away from touching my nose that's how swollen it wasFast forward about a week, all the swelling was finally gone, although it was still very badly bruisedI now was left with a dent in my upper left lip from where she squeezed so hardI called them and said I was unhappy with the results because I felt she squeezed away the productElizabeth, the office supervisor, asked me to come in two weeks later from the original injection date, as they couldn't inject anything soonerWhen I went in, Jillian was the one that brought me back to the room instead of ElizabethShe told me there is nothing they can do for me unless I buy a WHOLE NEW SYRINGE, ROUGHLY 550$-600$She then asked me to take an after picture (even though she never took an after picture the day she caused the hematoma)After asking to speak with Elizabeth, the supervisor, Elizabeth came in the room and agreed that nothing could be done (unless I wanted to spend near $on a new syringe for something I didn't cause) and they refused to fill the spot that Jillian had dentedThey also had the nerve to tell me my lips were uneven to begin with, so it's my faultI left the office frustrated, because why would they tell me to come in two weeks from the injection date as they couldn't inject before that if they weren't ever going to inject to begin with? My experience was horrible.I had injections and was improperly treated and to add insult to injury they will not give me my medical records
I have additional and permanent damage from the negligent treatment and have had to file a complaint with OCR reference my medical recordsAlso contacted an attorney reference negligenceIf anybody else has had a similar experience with injections let me knowLiterally started having seizures because of the treatment from them trying to fix the mistake they made in the first place

To make things worse they treat you they just don't care about the life altering damage they cause, it's all about the money with them.Find a doctor or dermatologist to do your treatments and be safe!

I am absolutely disgusted with this place. The only reason I gave them a one star is because the website doesn't allow 0.
I signed up for sessions at the Ideal Image in Viera and informed the lady that I have extremely sensitive skin and I wanted to do one session first to see how my skin would react. After basically arguing with me and telling me I wouldn't have any issues, and that no one ever does, I agreed to do the the sessions.
Well, surprise surprise I had serious medical issues occur after my second session. I tried contacting the doctor at the office and would leave multiple messages a week with her secretary to not have any of them returned.
I made the decision to see my own doctor and he advised it was best not to continue with my sessions. As written in the contract, he wrote a medical letter not once, but twice and that still wasn't enough.
After a meeting with the doctor at ideal image, she came up with every excuse as to why the laser didn't cause the issues I am having, and refused to refund my money.
This business should be ashamed of themselves. If I physically cannot use your facility for what it is for, why is it so hard to admit it did not work and refund my money?
This is a warning to everyone, do not pre-pay for anything here! You will regret it!

I was given a treatment 8 months ago on my inner thighs. I was told to come back after 3 months to see results. There was absolutely no change in my thigh fat. Then, the consultant just shrugged her shoulders and said, "it really takes more than one treatment to show results." I decided to go to ideal image for laser hair removal on my upper lip, chin and underarms. It was a bit scary because the laser that they use is no joke. Only months before my mother's doctor told her that she had a bit of skin cancer on her face and they had to remove a piece of her upper lip, right under her nose. Skin cancer therefore was a pressing issue on my mind. So when they told me that I needed to stay away from sun exposure that was no big deal because I had already become that lilly white friend even in the middle of summer.

I followed all Ideal Image's guidelines and didn't miss any of my treatments. I figured if I was going to spend this much money I wanted to make sure that I gave it the best chance possible at getting rid of those unwanted hairs.

After all of my treatments were done they give you two free follow up or maintenance appointments. As my first follow up came due I shared with the technician/nurse that I was not happy with the results and that I felt it was impossible that I was going to see results by coming to the follow up appointments. She told me that I had to come to the follow up appointments or basically a complaint couldn't be filed. So I went.

When I went to the follow up I repeated my thoughts to the nurse that my treatments with Ideal Image had not at all removed the hair that they claimed it would, so in turn she jacked that laser up to a level that left me with a burn on my upper lip that made it look like I had a mustache for the better part of a week. This was very upsetting and scary. I mean in the matter of 10 seconds she did damage to my upper lip that I would have had to sit in beating down sun while basting myself with olive oil for hours to happen.

I went home and dealt with my mustache for most of the next week. I have picture of what Ideal Image did to my lip but this post won't let me add it. Months later I decided to reach out to Ideal Image to tell them again that even after burning me they did not remove the hair. Courtney informed me that I would have to have the nurse evaluate me to file a complaint. So I scheduled and went to the evaluation. After weeks went by with no response from Courtney at Ideal Image I called. Again she told me that she would have to talk to whoever is above her and she would call me back. She did call back and informed me that the only thing that she can offer is more treatments. I thought these people must be crazy. I was not about to get laser burnt by Ideal Image again so of course I told her no thanks. Seriously.....

So my conclusion is this is just simply a waste of a lot of good money. Any guarantee that Ideal Image gives you is a joke. If you voice concerns about your treatments not working they will turn it around and try to blame you for getting sun exposure which in my case did not happen unless my husband was holding a tanning light over me while I slept.

Save your money for tweezers or whatever you are using now because you will need them again after your treatments with Ideal Image anyway.

This response is a complete lie as the corporate office agreed this was an unauthorized payment as they see I only gave one credit card in 2012 for automatic payments and saw my new credit card was given over the phone in May 2015 as a 1 time transaction. This is the only reason my account was refunded because the corporate office got involved and emailed what they were seeing which showed without a doubt this was taken illegally. I advised [redacted] who took the payment there is no way she can just go into my account and charge it without me authorizing and she consistently said yes she could and if I worked at a bank I should know that. I advised her because I work at a bank is the reason I know she cannot do that..[redacted] called me after corporate got in contact with them apologizing to me and advised it was an error as someone gave her my account information amongst her paperwork to charge it. That didnt make since being as though I gave my card via phone for a one time payment in May 2015 and randomly in August they take a full payment of 167.38. No matter what this is illegal and violates the FDCPA law. I am even more pissed of at this response with the lies being told of me giving several different cards ,etc..Yes I gave a different credit card in 2012 and signed for auto payments only on that card but that card was stolen and my card info was changed. I also was involved in a very severe car accident where a school bus ran a stop sign and totalled my vehicle in which set me back alot due to injuries and financially. Along with having 5 deaths in my family which I explained in May when I called advising of the issues I had but wanted to ensure paying this balance off. The rep I spoke fully understood and advised it was a one time payment as I would need to come in to sign a new authorization form for auto payments [redacted] advised me the day she charged my account illegally that the rep that took my payment over the phone shpuld not have. I was even more upset that after my complaint to the Revdex.com requesting to speak with the owner, the office manager called and said the owner mever gets involved and she is the only person I could speak with . Then she tried to justify the unauthorized payment. If this was an authorized payment the corporate would not have gotten involved to make sure [redacted] refunded my account as prior them calling her  [redacted] advised me there was no way she was refunding my account as she was allowed to just charge my account without my authorization since I had a balance and I gave auth in 2012 for 1 yr with another card. That didnt make any sense to me nor to the corporate office. Its really sad this franchise in DE has unethical practices and the owner and management team here encourages it. Im happy to know there was a corporate number and the corporate office was able to assist.

Review: On 9/25/13 I visit Ideal Image at 360 N Universal Dr North Haven CT 06473. I was quoted a price for UL therapy and the lead Consultant was going to check on financing for me, she also told me UL therapy is not available until October 21.On 9/26/13 I meet and I told her I never had take any service from Ideal Image and I do not want any service in the future.An account had been opened in my name and they had paid Ideal Image $4466.70 illegally.I never authorized this at all.This is fraud and grand theft. Ms. [redacted] visited our North Haven, Connecticut location on 09/27/2013. She sought treatment and executed a contract for that treatment, paying using financing through [redacted]. Subsequently she contacted us letting us know she did not want the service, and we refunded her in full and closed her financing account on September 27, 2013. We are unsure as to what more she would like us to do, but we are happy to work with the Revdex.com or Ms. [redacted] to ensure a positive experience for her.

Review: Today I've experience a nightmare. This business has a representative name [redacted] who has always been extremely rude, disrespectful, argumentative, and now she has completely stole funds out of my account today. The funds of $167.78 was taking out of my account without any authorization and then tried to justify that she is allowed to just go into my account without me authorizing. I contacted the corporate office and spoke with a product solutions specialist Aaron Wilson who advised and confirmed from the notes in the system he could clearly see this was an unathorized payment. I have been waiting on a call from the owner all day and have not received a call back. I am extremely upset. The payment was taking out today with my debit card information that I only gave permission to use as a 1 time payment in May (5/21/15). I have not called back since May 21 2015 to authorize any payments nor did I go intooffice to sign any reoccurring payments with my card # ending in 9498 as I am on unpaid disability as of June. The representative I spoke with in may advised I would need to call back the following month in June to set up the next payment as she could not authorize the next payment without me filling out a new form and signing with my new credit card information. [redacted] was extremely argumentative , repeatedly spoke over me and stated she could go in take the payment without my authorization. I am extremely upset and have been in contact with corporate who advised [redacted] the owner will be in contact with me .

I do not believe [redacted] should handle anyone's account or have access to anyones account until she understands the liability and legality of doing so.

I have received the letter you have sent regarding a complaint made by [redacted]. I have spoken with [redacted] and issued her a refund the same day. As a courtesy Ideal Image that has developed payment plans for our guests that are not able to do traditional financing.[redacted] signed a contract with us on 9/ 19/ 2012. [redacted] was at that time put on our special in house recurring payment plan, authorizing our company to charge her debit card through the PayPal system. [redacted] agreed to a 12 month payment plan for her treatment package. This plan allowed [redacted] to have her treatments done in accordance with her contract. This payment plan should have ended in August of 2013, however the plan was in default for a 2 year period. The original credit card provided by [redacted] was repeatedly declined. [redacted] provided us with several different credit card numbers, each time promising to pay off her defaulted balance with monthly payments, including the last change in May of 2015, therefore giving us permission to process her past due balance of$167.78.We have tried very hard to work with [redacted] . Our goal is to provide superior customer service to each and every one of our guests. We sincerely apologize if the guest feels we did not meet her expectations.Please feel free to contact me at any time [redacted]
