At Ideal Image we strive to provide excellent and caring customer serviceWe regret that Ms [redacted] continues to be dissatisfied.As a company, we went above and beyond our contractual obligations to try to accommodate her concerns with additional treatments at no additional cost She made us aware of her medical condition, which causes excess facial and body hair For guests with this condition, a reasonable degree of hair reduction can only be achieved after multiple treatments over the course of several years, with long term touchups on our Lifetime Membership plan A guest's compliance with their own physician's treatment protocol for the medical condition is also essential Many guests with PCOS are extremely happy with a reasonable degree of hair reduction and management of their ongoing condition and its symptoms.Laser Hair Removal removes a portion of treatable hair with every treatment, until what is left is hair that is too fine or too light for the laser to seeThe contract signed between Ideal Image and Ms [redacted] states that grey, white, blonde, or red hair will not respond to Laser Hair Removal After multiple complimentary treatments to Ms [redacted] where no additional result was achieved due to the fact that only light hairs remained, the final assessment by multiple medical professionals on our team, both registered nurses and nurse practitioner, was that this guest's remaining hair is too light for the laser to see (mostly blonde), and therefore untreatable As it is not our policy to continue to treat hair that is not treatable (as no further result will be achieved) we communicated to this guest that she would no longer be offered treatments After this communication, the guest acted in a manner that caused a disruption to our center and other guests After another guest expressed concern & discomfort regarding Ms [redacted] 's behavior, we reiterated to Ms [redacted] that we needed to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all of our guests and team members, and therefore it was in the best interest of both parties to stick with the decision to discontinue further treatments, to prevent further disruption.We have completed our obligation to this guest, and consider this decision final Thank you, [redacted] Lead ConsultantIdeal Image – Louisville, KY

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID*** The Ideal Image corporate office in Tampa prompted the local franchise several times to get a responseI was finally contacted by a local representative who advised that the issue was not an error in their bookkeeping, but rather that they empowered their receptionist to deny treatments based on her reading of their records even though she had no training on how to check such records correctlyI was told I will be credited for additional treatments to the areas they are already working onThanks to the involvement of the corporate office and the Revdex.com, I consider the matter resolved.
