At each follow up treatment, *** *** reported to her treatment provider she was seeing steady increased reductionOnly eight weeks after her first treatment she reported 20% reduction and there on after up to 80% reductionOn her most recent treatment she reported a significant drop in reduction at 40%The area was treated twice in one session to be more aggressive with the remaining hairThe guest is allowed to deny the double treatment, but *** *** continued not just once but a total of three (3) treatments
Her contract states “the package for all Services includes five (5) Service Sessions” and “…up to four (4) TouSessions at no additional charge”“If services has begun, you will receive a refund in the amount of the total service fee price we received divided by five (5) then multiplied by the number of outstanding services, less a $administration fee.” Based on the contract she is to pay for the treatments renderedThe offer of taking the total service fee price divided by nine (9) sessions, instead of five (5) per her contract, was extended to *** *** to try and be flexible and come to an solution to satisfy herIn addition to that, the $administration fee would be waived

The guest may have two additional courtesy treatments once she completes her two remaining final treatments. If she wishes to decline the remaining treatment sessions and the additional courtesy treatments, she may be reimbursed for the remaining treatments for a total of $1,040.44, less a $administration fee

I spoke with [redacted] on April 20, 2016 in regards to her concerns. She mentioned she went to a dermatologist after her alleged reaction and when I asked her if she ever made any attempt to contact us to notify us at the time. She stated she made to attempt at the time. Her most...

recent treatment was on December, 27, 2014, almost two years later. Her treatments sessions at Ideal Image started in December 14, 2013 and her final session was on December 27, 2014. When [redacted] finally decided to contact Ideal Image almost two years since her last session, she mentioned she had treatment at her dermatologist and was also using products provided by her dermatologist. During this conversation I stated to her that it would be very difficult to determine whether she had any sort of reaction since her most treatment with us was two years ago. If she did have any sort of reaction to anything, it would be difficult to determine whether she had a reaction to the treatments provided by us or the treatments/products provided by her dermatologist for the past two years. I also explained that she has completed the treatment sessions she purchased and no refund will be issued for the services received. After that phone conversation I advised she still come in so we can assess and help out in any way possible at this point.
She came in and met with a treatment provider. In the assessment no reaction nor "dark spots" were found in the treatment area. I called to follow-up with her on April 28, 2016 and left a message at 3:34pm at her phone number she provided and she did not return my call.
