This complaint has been resolved personally and the customer is sending payment for the invoice of the work at questionWe thought the customer was satisfied with the work we performed because we never heard anything from the customer after the job was completed, until recentlyHe had apparently
sent us an email that he wasn't satisfied but we never received it and have no record of itHe has promised to send in payment for discounted price, so it has been settled
