Early warning alarms went off after I contacted this dealer about an internet listing. First came email and telephone contact from two different salesmen, both resisting my request to take the car for inspection to my trusted mechanic. The second salesman made the absurd demand that I first put down a deposit of half the asking price. They did not respond to my subsequent messages. I consider all this to be unprofessional conduct, inconsistent with the running of a reputable used-car business.

Buying my used vehicle at ideal motors of Medford was truly a treat...No hassle whats so ever very helpful on all my finance questions ...Got me a very competitive rate ...There cars and SUV'S where all reconditioned and I didn't have to wait and I was drive in less than 2 hours...Thank you ideal for all your help

Review: I went to ideal motors to purchase a vehicle on September [redacted] 2014 spoke a [redacted] who came out of the dealership and said he represented them and how could he help me .. We spoke about a me buying a mercedes Benz GL450 year 2011 I gave him a down payment of $200 dollars inside the dealership and I recieved a business card as a reciete with a deal that I would come back and give him a larger deposit , I went back on October * and gave him $2000 cash, he stopped me in the parking lot and said to give him the deposit he would take care of it , and gave me another business card with a signature and the amount . As of then in total I gave $2295.00 as of then I have gotten the run around and no car , I spoke with the [redacted] of the dealership [redacted] on or about November [redacted] he said he could not do anything because [redacted] no longer worked there.. Review: I went to ideal motors about two months ago trying to get a new car,and trade my truck in. After waiting 4 long weeks to be told I'm not approved for the car and then 3 days from them know I'm not approved they were suppose to send me my money and title in the mail which never happened and on top of that they never gave me a call to let me know what was going on with my title as well as the money owed back to me. I finally spoke with a Supervisor and said the dealer I Delt with did not send title or money. I had to come pick up a check which the dealer was not there. I called again to make another appointment and picked up my Check I was than told they lost my title it was no where to be found. I still do not have my title the supervisor has Hung up on me a few times. I really need to register or sell my truck for work I do have a family I've never been through this before. I'm confused on how to deal with this situation I do believe this is illegal. Please get back to me as soon as you can to further help assist me in any way you are able to. Thank you for you're time.Desired Settlement: I would like ideal motors to pay for my new title due to them loosing it. Also to pay for any fees to get my truck on the road for all the lies and run around so have been dealing with.

Review: On September [redacted] 2015 we made a stop at Ideal Motors to test drive without the intent to buy. Upon being there it became evident we would have to go ahead and buy the car because the dealership pushes very hard into a sale. Considering I like the car very much that wasn't so much an issue. My issue is related to them not inspecting and rectifying issues I pointed out to them, instead insisting it will be ok and as soon as I've been off their lot have been uncooperative in repairing these same issues I've nagged them about: Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) as well as the two front tires being driven beyond their life expectancy. The only issue that was addressed immediately was the blown tail lights which I pointed out and gave me the hint they performed no inspection as they've stated they have. Since then I have yet to have them cooperate in fixing the known issues the car was sold to me with and they are well aware of me pointing them out and asking them to address it, them promising to do so only to later on refuse to upon end of sale. They've been nothing but misguided liars who are willing to do anything to get the car off the lot that very same day, and don't inspect the cars they sell with false promises of service they will not provide.Desired Settlement: Fix the issues they were so willing to say they would address when the car wasn't sold, stop making false promises and have some integrity. Most importantly inspect and perform the necessary repairs before selling the cars.

Review: Bought a 2011 Hyundai Elantra back in Oct.2014,it needed 4 tires. After arguing with the dealer they decided to give me tires, which turned out to be the WRONG ones. The car calls for run flat tires because it has just an air pump and no spare. After visiting with a Mavis tire rep.I was informed that were not run flat tires. When I got the car back the tire light was on and they broke the tire monitor and put a rubber tire valve in place of it,so therefore the light remains on.I was lied to from the start and was told it would have new tires, and thus they gave me 4 WRONG tires.There were a lot of other issues I went through with them,all negative outcomes.These guys are not reliable car salesman,and from my experience all they did was lie to me from the start.My point being all 2011 Elantras do come with run flat tires!!!Desired Settlement: 4 run flat tires and new tire monitor.

Review: I walked on to this used car lot, the sales man convinced me to take a vehicle home for a test drive over night and wouldn't disclose the sticker price on the vehicle asked me to make a deposit. I gave them a $1000 and requested if I chose not to take the vehicle I would return it and get my deposit back. He confirmed I would get it back right away and we would depart ways no problem. Upon me returning the vehicle back the next day he said that I would have to wait 30 days to get my money back. He promised me from the beginning that I would have my deposit back upon returning the vehicle. They are stealing my money.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned right away.
