Revdex.com:
After retaining an attorney, we have come to an agreement with Ideal Partners Please know that even though we have come to an agreement with Ideal Partners, we in no way recommend their services We have chosen to make a final payment to Ideal Partners and we will find someone else to complete the work that Ideal Partners was unable to handle I do feel that it is important for anyone checking out this company in the future, be allowed to see our complaint We feel strongly that the services that Ideal Partners provided were well below average and even though the people that we dealt with were nice, we didn't hire them to "be nice" We had a contract with Ideal Partners, signed in March of and as of today the basic work of installing a fence and hydro-mulching the back yard, is still incomplete Had we known that this simple two-week job would end up taking ten months, we would not have signed the contract The communication skills of the Ideal Partner employees that we dealt with are incredibly poor and the quality and timliness of their work is sub par.We are glad to finally have our dealings with Ideal Partners put to rest Our hope is that no one else experiences the quality and level of service that we did, which we consider unacceptable It should never be acceptable that an employee knows something is being done incorrectly and doesn't speak up All that being said, we accept the response made by Ideal Partners and can close our original complaint ID ***

attempt to satisfy the customer and make good on all obligations. As such, weperformed the following rework as necessary based on their request; irrigation systemmodifications, fence replacement, graded and filled yard, hydro mulch re-application, low areaand hole fill in, construction debris removal, drainage path patching, Bermuda grass overseeding, grass stimulator application. This process continued in an effort to completely satisfythe original scope of the project, and all of the described rework and extra measures were done atno extra cost to the customer. Each time we felt we had met the requirement, we communicated with the customer. If they hadadditional concerns or requests, we made arrangements to have it addressed. Eventually, it wasnecessary to allow the yard to develop as was explained to the customer. This required properwatering and treatment to ensure good growth as this was a hydro-mulch grass application asopposed to a ready-made sod yard. The hydro-mulch requires much more time to develop into afull yard since the seed is sprayed onto the ground and must be allowed to germinate, grow, andfill in. During this time we discovered during regular visual checks, that the automatic wateringsystem had not been allowed to run in full and that the yard was being mowed with equipmentthat tore up and killed much of the new growth. This letter
is in regard to complaint ID # [redacted] against Ideal Partners.  While we appreciate their response to our
original complaint on October 11, 2016, we are saddened to say that there are
many untruths in their response and, therefore, we are forced to refuse their
response to our complaint based on the following: 1.  In Ideal’s response, they mention that they
performed “rework” based on our request.
This is simply untrue.  We never
requested that anything be redone.  We
were told by the second of three Project Manager’s assigned to our two-week job,
[redacted], that the work that had already been completed had been done
incorrectly and Ideal would rework it to meet the original contract agreement
at no additional cost.  In fact, Kevin
informed us that he had been watching our work since day one of the project and
knew that the work was being performed incorrectly but since he was a new hire,
he didn’t want to “step on anyone’s feet” and didn’t say anything.  We didn’t request anything extra…we simply
wanted our original contract to be upheld.2.  Ideal states that during their regular visual
checks, the automatic watering system had not been allowed to run in full and
that the yard was being mowed with equipment that tore up and killed much of
the new growth.  This, again, is simply
untrue.  The watering system, programmed
by Ideal, was only put in rain mode for a 2-day period when I was out of
town.  We don’t feel that 2 days of being
off watering schedule could affect the yard as much as they are saying,
especially since they were 4 months into the project.  Had the original contract been completed in a
timely manner (the last two weeks of March) we believe the yard would have had
a much better success rate.  As far as
the equipment used to mow the yard, we hire a professional to mow.  Our professional only started mowing when
Ideal instructed us to mow once a month.
Our landscaper/mower uses professional equipment and it doesn’t tear up
our yard as evidenced by the sod grass that was installed by our builder.  There is very little grass to mow in the back
yard as there are huge bald spots filled with rocks and debris that don’t allow
anything to grow.  These bald areas are
also affected, as there is no drainage.
Every watering cycle (which Ideal set) and rain event leaves huge
puddles in many areas, allowing standing water, which we think hinders growth.3.  Ideal states that they have visited our
property on multiple occasions and they attest that the property has come along
better than expected and that there is new growth over the entirety of the
yard.  It is impossible for you to see
our back yard from the street.   The leveled area of the back yard is where all
of the bald spots, filled with rocks, debris and standing water are found.   There is little growth throughout the leveled
area of the back yard and any areas attempting to grow are yellow and look
unhealthy. After consulting with two professional landscaping firms, one of
which is the firm that maintains all common areas of our [redacted],
we were told by both that the soil Ideal used was not the proper soil and that,
along with improper drainage and rock filled areas, was causing our seed to not
grow. 4.  Ideal states that once they felt they had
made appropriate progress on our property, they began inquiring about final
payments with no response from us.  Unfortunately,
this is not the case.  Ideal started
contacting us after they had received the complaint made by us to the RevDex.com, on October 11, 2016, and while Ideal is correct that we did
not respond, our non-response was due to the fact that in our original
complaint to the Revdex.com, we asked to not be contacted by the
company as we were attempting to have the Revdex.com help us
resolve our complaints against Ideal Partners.
At the first text message from Ideal, I contacted the RevDex.com and was informed that I did not have to respond to Ideal and that I was
to wait for Ideal’s response to our complaint.
It was never our intent to get out of paying for any services received
as evidenced by the $2000 “good faith” payment made on September 12, 2016, a
full month before filing our original complaint.  This payment was an attempt, initiated by us,
to provide initiative for Ideal to complete our project.  A month later, on October 11th,
after realizing that Ideal had no intentions to continue, we filed our
complaint.   In closing,
I would like to point out that it took Ideal Partners six weeks to respond to
our original complaint and that we, the consumers, were only given six calendar
days (over Thanksgiving Holiday), to make this response.  We have tried our best to handle things in a
kind, professional manner and while the people at Ideal Partners are kind, the
work performed was and still is not what we our original contract
included.  The letter that we received
from Ideal Partners, after Ideal received our original complaint to the RevDex.com, states that they MAY file a lien on our property.  We really wanted to try and work our concerns
out with the Revdex.com but since Ideal stated in their response to
our original complaint that they had indeed filed a lien, we felt the need to
retain counsel and have done so.  We are
disappointed that our first experience with Ideal has not been favorable.  Being new to Fort Worth, we rely on recommendations.  Ideal Partners came highly recommended and
the people employed there are genuinely nice people.  We hold nothing against Ideal Partner’s; we
just want our yard to show what our original contract entailed.

We have been in contact with Mrs. [redacted] and have come to an amicable agreement. We believe our previous issue to be resolved. Thank you for your time in this matter. Please let us know if we can provide anything else for you.
