Ideal Plumbing Heating Air Electrical

Ideal was asked to honor a warranty claim on the hot water heater at one of my rental units I was charged for extra parts to install the new hot water heater and a "Restart warranty" charge I asked Don about this and his response was that this was a "normal" charge since it was a new hot water heater I contacted Rheem the manufacturer and was assured that they the manufacturer DO NOT charge for the "restart of warranty" on a newly installed hot water heater if installed during the warranty period Rheem also advised that this would be a charge that they "would NOT recommend" My property manager had previously spoke to Mr [redacted] on this issue with NO satisfactory resolution The manufacturer has stated that they will also follow up with Mr [redacted] Extra parts (for a standard re-install) and Warranty Restart charges are NOT recommended by the manufacturer

We had this company to our house to fix a plumbing issue The plumber arrived at 3:pm and left at 5:pm However, he billed for arrival of 3:and departure of 6:pm This resulted in a charge of min of time where the plumber wasn't even out our residence We called the company to get clarification on the charge They informed us that due to the plumber coming from home, we are charged for the time it takes him to travel to our residence The bill clearly states "arrival time" and "departure time" Therefore, their documentation is incorrect and resulting in inappropriate billing
