I am rejecting this response because:the CEO was given my lock boxHave text messages stating the gutter swatches were in email and the scope of work signed contract was the exact copy of claim per *** *** my adjuster from *** *** and the fired Brither scamming team was fired is the only resolve CEO of ideal roofing offeredYet the truth is the subcontractors the fired brothers hired for installation cracked my brick home at exterior facet with getting my garden hose tangled in their tires and drove out of yardCEO Tom said window and plumber at ideal Roofing expepense would make my home safe again to liveLiars.this is his exact text; +* *** ***, From CEO *** number "We were working on your house to install the window and not but both of your neighbors waned us not to work for you because of some payment issues in the pastBased on this info my installer refused to do the job." a window totaling Once I received the complaint I met with the customer and clarified some of the out standing issues and set in motion to finalize repairs making it clear their were additional monies owed to do soShe acknowledged and our installer was sent install the windowThat day while trying to install the window she bought which was to small, Two neighbors warned us about payment issues with contractors in the pastUpon further review it was noticed on here personal check she wrote in the memo paid in full (14000.00) checkAt that time we decided not to preform the additional work which was gutters and window install since we didn't have a signed contract on fileWe are writing off the balance oft he roof,and allowing her to do business with someone else

Roofers met with insurance adjuster, took scope of work, took insurance claim check, yet to deliver gutters, facia repair, paint and demanded addional $ for just the roof replacement needed from hail damage occurred on 5/8/
In addition roof crew backed dump truck into my back yard, snagged my gradsen hose and when they left, ripped my hose away from back of house, cracking the faucet and now when trying to water out side of home basement fills up with waterThe new tree city planted last year has died since hose is no longer reaching and delivering water
Adjuster from *** *** *** was appauled that these roofers refused to quote job without getting the transparent scope from claimI was told to hire gutters, replacement of window, etcindependently and have text messages denying their commitment to the adjusters scope of work and even alluded that adjuster was offered $to support them getting contract
