We have had many heating/ac contractors throughout our years living in Henderson, Nevada, but when we experienced problems with the in wall AC/Heating unit in our guest house, most of the large companies, did not know how to work on the unit, (unit is one that is primarily used in motels for both heat & cooling)Fortunately, Wann Mechanical is a company that is on our [redacted] Home Warranty list, they sent out Wann Mechanical when the other technicians could not work on it, - it took the gentleman MrA [redacted] minutes to fix it, he downplayed the issue and just said it was because he was very familiar with working on this type of unit His expertise on this unit saved us having to replace it because no one else could work on it
