I have received the complaint, however, I require further information on the vehicle as well as the apartment complex it was towed from in order to process a refund

I sympathize with your situation, however, the law states that a maximum of $80 must be charged if the vehicle was picked up and the owner or operator comes out and requests that the vehicle not be towed. I have submitted a photo of the first violation that shows the vehicle was over the line while parked in visitor parking. We are unable to offer a refund for the parking violation at this time due to the nature of the violation.

We have made contact with Richard via an offline chat request and provided photos of the vehicle in violation.

I have attached a photo of the second violation. The vehicle was parked in permit required parking without a permit displayed. Please see comments made by the driver at the time of tow: "habitual violator - first saw in permit violation bldg 5 and left alone due to work vehicle. later parked double in visitors and towed for that on [redacted]. seen in permit violation again bldg 4 and left courtesy card since already recently towed. have pics if needed. now in permit violation again." We are unable to offer a refund due to the recurring violations the vehicle has made.
