ideal Uniforms received an order from Aretie Education in July of As you can see on the attachment the customer ordered Youth Sized Polo Shirts via emailThe customer was unhappy with the shipment as it was ordered incorrectlyAfter express shipping a replacement order the customer refused to pay for her initial orderIn turn [redacted] a representative of our company visited this customer in October of and agreed to credit her when the merchandise was receivedI should mention this is not commonly done in our industry as this merchandise was custom made for this customer and may not be used or sold for any other purposeThe customer then specified she would advise on a date for pickup to be madeAfter not hearing back from her for a few months [redacted] reached out in June of this year to arrange pickupWe have scheduled a pickup for July [redacted] and upon receipt of all merchandise Ideal Uniforms will issue a credit of $which will cover invoice *** Thank you for your time

tracking number [redacted]. We tracked the package and it stated that it was signed by [redacted] on 9/**/14. We then received a call from [redacted] stating that she did not receive her package. At that point we opened up a case with UPS for a lost package. UPS is currently investigating as to where this customers package is and will contact Ideal within 7-10 business days with a definite answer. At that time we will contact [redacted] and resolve this issue.

Review: On July ** Ideal Uniforms came to my daughter's elementary school to take uniform orders. I ordered 6 items from this company and paid them $115.94 (the order in full). I was told that I would receive the uniforms within 2 weeks. I even received an email confirming my order. after 3 weeks passed, I began to become concerned. After a month, I replied to their email asking where the uniforms are and have not received a response. I have since tried calling several times but only receive a machine that has kept me on hold for inordinate amounts of time. It is now September **. My daughter has begun the school year and does not have the required uniforms. I am now requesting that my $115.94 be refunded via check or money order as the school is now switching uniform companies due to Ideal's poor customer service (and lack of response).Desired Settlement: A check in the amount of $115.94 will arrive to my home address within 2 weeks.

Review: I place an order with the company Aug 2014 they told me I would recieve my order with in the time my daughter started school which was september I kept getting the run arround sometimes they would not pick the phone up I spoke to two [redacted] told me my order was going out got an email saying so than I called back to inform I still did not recieve the items another [redacted] inform me it was backed ordered the following day another email went out saying the items has been charged to my card and going out I was given a ups tracking number in which I went online to track it they said was delivered in which I and my husband was at work we never recieved it the packaged I informed the company they was rude no help all they can tell me was ups will do an investagation I am [redacted] that the company would give me the run around not hve my products than tell me it will be on its way than it not come my daughter is still wearing her last year uniforms due to this company not having myu items on time in which they told me they would and having me speak to diffrent people no one getting back to me and me still not having my items and im paying for stuff I did not recieveDesired Settlement: I also would like and explanation for this and for the staff to know customer service is important and inform the client if the items are not avialable and you should not be able to order it online if its not in stock

Review: I ordered 2 uniform romper dresses for my daughter on 8/**/2014 and was informed that I would receive them within 1-2 weeks. I had not heard from the store regarding the delivery of the uniforms to the store for pickup so I called the store on 9/**/2014 and was informed that clarification was needed prior to being able to order the uniforms. When questioned about why I was not contacted about the inquiry I was told by the sales associate, [redacted], that they would "eventually contact me for clarification". After being informed that the Brooklyn store did not have the uniforms in stock I was again told by the [redacted], that it would take an additional 1-2 weeks for the uniforms to arrive making the complete order 6 weeks as opposed to the 1-2 that I was guaranteed.Desired Settlement: To receive the uniforms no later than Friday, 9/**/2014 without any additional charges for expediting as well as a discount on the uniforms for lack of customer service.

Review: I ordered A navy blue school blazer for my son on August [redacted] 2014 online. The total was $67.99. My item was deliverd to my home on Friday August [redacted] 2014. The jacket was too small for my son, so I shipped it back for an exchange. Ideal uniforms received the jacket on September [redacted] 2014, a guy named [redacted] signed for it. I called and the gentleman I talked to said he couldn't find the item I sent back. He said he would have [redacted] call me ([redacted] is the [redacted]).No one has called me and no one will answer the phone at ideal uniforms. The voicemail picks up, but the voicemail is full. I sent them 2 customer service emails and they still will not return my call. I spent nearly $70 and I would like an exchange or my money back. I paid for an item and I don't have the item I paid for. Its like I just gave away money. Please help meDesired Settlement: I would love to just get an exchange, but if they can't do that, I will take a full refund.

Review: On August *, 2015 I ordered 9 School Uniforms items for my daughter which are required by her school for attendance. I was informed that my order was complete until:

8/**/15: I was emailed the message "[redacted]."

9/**/15: Two weeks passed and then 4 weeks and school was to begin after Labor day so I emailed Ideal Uniform on 9/**/15 stating that I ordered my daughters uniforms on 8/*/15 and was informed first that they were being shipped and later that they were back ordered. Where are my child's clothes? School started today!!! I ordered a month in advance! Please see my order information listed below."

A phone call to the Ideal Uniform company revealed that they reported they held the uniforms due to one item in need of a logo. I informed them that my daughter needed her uniforms and that they could send the remaining item when it was complete but to sent the ready uniforms immediately. They noted that the uniforms would arrive with in the week.

10/*/15-No Uniforms and the response I received to my email from 9/**/15 was on 10/*/15 stating: "[redacted]"

After two weeks and a visit to the post office, I called the Ideal Uniform Office and was informed that the order was held at the office due to the logo and they were on their way to me. On 10/**/15 I received an email stating:10/**/15- "[redacted].

10/**/15 I finally receive an email response stating that they were unable to use the card that I provided 3.5 maths ago and that they never charge my card on August *, 2015. They reported they believed it had expired.

11/**/15 I called after attempting to have them process the card again or provide a new number as almost half a year went by since I provided them with the card in their file. They report I will receive my order after I provided them with the number for the card yet again.

My concerns are numerous however these are the most pertinent:

1. None of their emails are sent with a name or actual person identified.

2.They were deceiving in that they kept stating that the order would arrive via email and phone and when I would call to receive an update they would report it was never sent and would be coming now that I called.

3. On one occasion in September, I called and a woman responded stating that they could not promise it was coming but it should be there in a week.

4. I still do not have my order??? My child needs the uniforms and can not obtain the uniforms from any where else due to the logo.Desired Settlement: I want the uniforms and I will informing the school of my concerns. My daughter is half way through the school year and does not have access to the uniforms in her size. Children grow quickly, where are my child's uniforms! This is false advertisement and a very frustrating since we can not purchase these uniforms elsewhere.

Review: I chose overall service issue as opposed to a delivery problem or customer service problem because my entire experience with this store has been a terrible one. initially I came in to purchase my son's school uniform a day before school began so I blamed the overall service that day on the fact that it was during a busy time. instead I chose to go online and use their services to order the uniforms there. 1st there was a code to use for free shipping and after I entered it I was not given the free shipping I was charged. then some time passed and I realized I had yet received a delivery a month after 8/**/2015 which is when I ordered online. I called the store and no one was able to track my order. I held for a long time until I was disconnected and then the business was closed so I was unable to get through. being a customer service rep myself I felt that perhaps my order fell through the cracks and with my phone call it would be shipped promptly so they won't have to deal with another call. during the wait I had to send copy of the order receipt to my son's school to eliminate any school penalties for not wearing the proper uniform top. on this day 10/**/2015 almost 2 months after I initially placed my order I call up the store again. I spoke to a woman named Pam. I feel very bad for her because she was dealing with a problem that was probably not hers to begin with but it doesn't change my issue. her response about my order is that it was on back order. I asked several questions after that such as, where does the shirt ship from? and are there any shirts in the store? she answered yes and asked me if I anted to pick it up. so I said then why hasn't my items shipped. I was placed on hold for a while and after what I believe was the best she could do she took my number to call me back. 2 hours later I did not receive a call back so I decided to call my self. she didn't know who I was until I gave her my order number and then she said oh the internet order please hold on. during this time she was doing what I believe is what she did earlier and came back with the same response that it was on back order and she couldn't track the order. my question is back order from where? any how her response was I wasn't ready to call you back. I feel that miss Pam felt my frustration and continue to seek for help. her ultimate resolution to my problem was that she had only 2 shirts in stock at the store which I offered to pick up and didn't know when the other 3 were going to be shipped. her suggestion was I keep calling every week. that was where I drew the line. i'm not creating this complaint against Pam because although most of my bad experience was when I was on the phone with her she was placing me on hold and I could hear her seeking for help and coming back with the same answer. my opinion and complaint is that this place runs a completely irresponsible business. these are children's uniforms, not orders for unimportant items. you could never get anywhere and they leave everything up to you the PAYING customer because they know this is the only place you can get these custom uniforms. my son's school is already working on changing uniforms stores because many parents at the school meeting had similar experiences. I understand things can happen but taking advantage because they are the only place to go is highly unfair and I want this to change and my issues to be resolved.Desired Settlement: my desired outcome would be a refund for the shipping because I don't even trust they will ship anything to me and I want an estimated date of when I can get the rest of my order given that I receive the ones promised tomorrow. I understand sometime items take time when ordered to be shipped to the customers home but I wasn't even offered another option like picking up the rest of the order at the store if its a quicker way to get it. I will never use this business again. my plans are to take the 5 school logos on the 5 shirts I hope to get from this initial order and have them custom transferred on bigger shirts until he moves on to a grade that requires a different logo.
