We have checked with the company who issues our online payments and the original refund check issued has not cleared. Therefore, we voided the original check and have processed an e-payment directly to their bank account. As before, e-payments issued are not immediately deposited into another account on the same day. The previous e-payment was processed on 9/and cleared in their bank account on 9/The e-payment to replace the check issued 8/for $will process today and will be deposited to their account according to the processing time frames of ACH transfers with the payment vendor

described in this tenant's statement so it is not necessary to respond to the numerous untrue and overstated comments she made. Prior to her move-in, the apartment she rented was professionally cleaned.  The Lease signed by the tenant included details of move-out expectations and we also provided a detailed checklist of things to do at move-out after we received her move-out notice 2 1/2 months before she moved out.  There are 4 apartments within the property, all of which had lease-end move outs this summer.  Of these 4 apartments, her unit was the only one which required cleaning.  The other tenants also received the same move-out checklist to follow and they did, as did many other tenants at other locations.  During her occupancy, the few maintenance requests she submitted were handled in a responsible, timely manner and were not mishandled in the manner described. Deposit refunds were sent on the 30th day as required, and also included a detailed deduction disposition form.  We are not in business to make arbitrary or false deductions from a security deposit, we are always pleased when an apartment is returned in the good and clean condition in which it was rented.  In addition, a copy of her disposition form was also emailed to her on the 30th day.  All information and explanations were provided as required during her occupancy and after move-out.  We are resolving this matter with the tenant.

It is untrue and they are now trying to manipulate me into taking my complaint down. They sent me an email and said there would be a refund of $197.05 in my account yesterday. We allowed them the entire day and have yet to receive any payment.
