Unresolved issue regarding vehicle and intermittent starting
Dodge Grand Caravan Purchased certified in 2010/with extended warranty (expired in May 2016) Vehicle has miles on it Has been in the shop numerous times for issues and recalls I have had to change the battery times in years, with the last being several months agoThe radiator just cracked and I had to have it replaced
Since purchasing the vehicle I have had an issue with it intermittently starting/not starting I will turn the key and it will click but not start Usually after 3-tries it will start On several occasions it would not start and I would use my portable jumper to get the car going But there were those times that it didnt work and they would test the battery to find that it was completely dead I have NEVER owned a car that I have had to change a battery times
So during the last month or so of my extended contract I took the car to the dealership to have work done

Warranty work done on my car last week, all four tires were taken off of my vehicle and my custom rims were damaged due to dealership's negligence
On April 5th car was given to DCH Dodge of Temecula to get warranty work done, had it for seven days and picked it up April 13thYesterday April 19th cleaned my car for the first time since it was at the dealership, noticed while cleaning the rims that all four rims had major scratches and chips out of the paint/metal where the lug nuts were taken out for the repairsTool used by service dept damaged the holes on each rim where the lug nuts were taken off etc

I purchased a vehicle at this location on Dec 30th I walked onto the lot with a verifiable pre-approval in handOnce I had decided I wanted to move forward I had my car appraised and went inside for negotiatingAt this time I reminded the salesman that I had my own lending and they had no permission to run my credit This was brought up multiple times before financing came overAn offer was given for my trade in which I felt was too lowI counter offered and was told they needed to see what they could do as the trade in was bringing me over my desired spending totalAt this point I was asked for my SSNBefore providing it I asked, "if by me providing you with my SSN does that allow you to run my credit?" I was advised again, NOThey were simply running an OFACI was given a form to sign "confirming the information I provided was correct" Again before signing it I asked if this was giving them permission to run my creditI was assured they would not Finance came back w

I purchased a used vehicle from DCH on September 1st When I test drove the car I didn't realize that the USB and AUX imports in the center console didn't work as most people don't bring an AUX cord and USB cable into a car, trusting that it already works and if it doesn't then the dealership should disclose that informationOnce I learned that the AUX and USB imports didn't work I contacted them regarding the issue and they set up a service appointmentThis appointment was unsuccessful as they were unable to fix the issue so they made an appointment for me at another dealership across the streetThis dealership fixed the issue temporarily, as after about a week the AUX and USB stopped working againI tried contacting DCH multiple times, but they did not get back to me, so I contacted the dealership that temporarily fixed the issueThey stated that my car needed a multimedia module replacement, and they had already advised DCH of thisIt would cost DCH $plus tax to fix,
