Ideal Window Mfg. Reviews (1)

Leaky windowsW3e had ideal windows installed in our home about 12 years ago. There were leaks in a couple of windows and 9 windows that you can't close and lock. Ideal should give out duct tape to seal the windows and prevent air leaks. The tech who replaced our 2 bad windo3ws told us that they could send a tech out to fix the substandard windows that never closed for about $300. Now we have two more defective windows which they will replace for $250. And they offered to fix the defective windows which never locked for only $675. Imagine making another profit fixing something that never worked from day one. Also the local ideal dealer never responded to our calls to fix the windows when they were first a problem. Ideal dealers who don't respond and a manufacturer who wants to make another profit fixing something that never worked. Duct tape keeps most of the air out of your house when you have ideal windows.
