For the future buyers of this *** cable I would like the company to change their advertising They can publish the
fact that the cable is durable and inexpensive but to lie about it saying it is indestructible and guaranteed for life is advertising, even though they have modified things somewhat by adding a disclaimer in fine print at the bottom of their web page They KNOW that they are doing wrong by falsely advertising their product that is why I received a quick refund of my money without having them even know a dispute with Revdex.com was made. ***

We are more than willing to help this customer to resolve the issueHowever, we have no record of the customer leaving a voice message for us and no record of a support ticket for them by the name or email on the account.We did send this message to the customer upon getting the Revdex.com reportWe would like to find out if the wrong cables were sent or if the customer ordered the wrong itemsIf the wrong ones were sent, we are happy to send her the right items or to refund her accountIf the customer ordered the wrong items, we can either exchange them for her or we can refund her once we get them backWe do not pay return shipping and we do not have any type of shipping labelWe do offer free shipping on items we send outIf it was our mistake, the customer doesn't need to return themThis is a copy of the message send to her on January 5thThe ticket is still open, waiting for a replyOnce we know which device the customer has, we can assist further with a resolution. We've been in communication with this customer the entire timeWe got back with her letting her know we would issue her a refund minutes after she submitted her ticket.On the 19th of October she made her purchase at 11:21AM but did not submit her support ticket until 2:09PM.By that time we
already shipped her order and it was too late to cancel.At 2:57PM we replied back letting her know that we already shipped her order but would gladly refund her money when she returns the items we shipped her.She complained that she was old and could not drive so we told her to simply refuse the package and the *** would return it back to us.On the 20th she agreed that she would refuse the shipment.The tracking number for this shipment is ***You can see that her order is scheduled to be delivered todayAs soon as she refuses the package and *** updates the tracking we will issue her a refund
