I have sent numerous email and no respond I ask where is my Amazon gift card no response is this a legal company I will not fill out anymore surveys never was compensated

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never agreed to take surveys, never contacted these people and never would. They got my phone number and now send me a notice to do a political survey. I am not doing this and don’t want to get these texts. There is no way to do that however other than to be contacted by them again.

Review: I take surveys online for extra money, and have done so for years without issue. In August I took a survey for a new company called Ideashifters. They stated that if I downloaded an application called "Mobile Trends" to my smart phone that let them monitor my phone's usage, I would be paid $10 monthly in the form of [redacted] gift codes. I received the initial email with the download link on 9/**/13 and downloaded the program onto my phone the same week. As months went by and I received no incentives, I became suspicious and contacted the company. My first email was 11/**/13 (after over 2 months of no incentive). I received a response on 12/*/13 asking me to provide my user id from the app. I responded immediately and provided the information and asked for payment status again of my promised incentives. They responded back on 12/*/13 and asked me to provide a screen shot from my phone to prove I was running the application. I responded immediately with the picture and told them that I have proven repeatedly that my phone is running the application, and requested again the status of my promised incentives. Several days went by with no response, so on 12/*/13, I re-forwarded the previous email and asked again for payment status. On 12/**/13, I received a response that they were looking into technical issues and would respond within 48 hours. No response, again! I sent another email on 12/**/13 (6 days later) stating that I hadn't heard anything and that I would be filing a claim with the Revdex.com if no response was given to me. I have not heard anything back to that email. I feel I have done my part, as well as tried reasonably to resolve this issue, but have gotten nowhere. I want my promised incentives and also to let the Revdex.com know that this is the way the company is running.

They did not exactly contact me. The application I was using called "Mobile Trends" (created by IdeaShifters) sent me a notification on 1/**/14 that I have been removed from the panel and to uninstall my software. I have not done so yet because I was waiting to see what would happen with this complaint. Obviously, they have read the complaint and chosen not to respond to you either. Is there anything I can do to get this resolved?

Review: I do online surveys for this company.since november 2013 they have not sent me a survey I could complete out of the paltry few they have even sent.im stuck at 85 pts and need 100 to cashout. I believe they do this purposely to keep from paying members.I have read several blog posts from other members describing the same problem. this is dishonest. ive asked them many times to cash me out on [redacted] and let me quit if they arent going to send some surveys I can complete. they usually dont even answer me. I just want what I rightfully earned and to quit this dishonest site and move on.Desired Settlement: I want the 85 pts in the form of a [redacted] cashout asap.thank you

Review: I completed a survey and was supposed to be rewarded points upon completion. Instead I got an error message upon completion and when I tried to click on a link to the survey, I got a message that said I already completed the survey. I sent screen shots of both messages to [redacted] at ideashifters and she said I didn't complete the survey and screenshots won't cut it. She didn't offer to investigate or offer me the points anyway. So I asked to be removed from future surveys. I don't like being treated like a liar and I didn't appreciate her unwillingness to satisfy the consumer.Desired Settlement: I just want my points or redemption code since I was due to be eligible to redeem my points for a gift card. We can part ways after that.
