We received an order from this company different from what we expected. It was different from the sample received. We were charged the same amount. When we asked for a refund, we were told there would be a 30% restocking fee. This is not posted on their website. What a scam!!!

This was without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I placed an order over two months ago on September 15th, with an in-hands date of October 8th, and never received a thing. Throughout the process, I tried reaching out to see where my order was in the printing and shipping process. First, it was printed incorrectly. That was two weeks after the initial order. And the purchasing manager asked if I would just take the misprint as is. I requested that they be reprinted. I then proceeded to wait another month and a half and heard nothing aside from the occasional "let me reach out to the vendor" and then never hearing back. I finally called and cancelled the order on November 19th.
This company provides terrible service and would just as soon try to scam you out of 600 dollars and hope that enough time passes that you forget you've ordered anything at all. There is zero accountability whatsoever and it is utterly delusional to think that they somehow currently have an "A" rating with the Revdex.com.

Recently I posted a review for this company. It was in error. I do have to assume responsibility in this matter and want my previous complaint taken down.

The website is laid out poorly, but I do have to assume some of the responsibility in the order. I apologize to Ideastage for this.

This was my first and last time using this company. I've never been so disappointed in my entire life with a company. We order $100,000 of trade show stuff every year so I thought I would give them a try. Two days before I was suppose to receive my badge holders I received a message to say that color was out of stock. OK we pick another.

The day that I was to receive, another calling saying that color was out of stock, by now I'm on the phone with the girl. She reads me the colors, on that list was the color which I choose in the first place being hunter green. I said I ordered hunter green or you did. Make this a long story short, they sent this ugly maroon color which has nothing to do with our show colors and we spent $1,200 with them. She tried to blame it on their manufacturing and even had a three way conversation with them when she called me. I wanted them returned and a new color. They refused. BUYER BEWARE. Never again would I use them. Very bad customer service.

While I can understand that at first glance – the photo on the landing page for this product may lead to the conclusion that these are test tubes WITH lids, both the title and the first sentence in the description indicate clearly that these are JUST the lids for our 6” test tubes.  The photo...

shows the test tubes and the lids as a demonstration of how they work.  There is nothing misleading on the page, IF you read the description.  That said, we did initially offer the customer a refund upon return of the goods. My order has yet to arrive but I have to say that dealing with their customer service is NOT a pleasant experience. As you can see from the repsonse to the previous review, they pretty much make it apparent that you satisfaction is not all that important to them. I found the responses to my inquirires were snippy and patronizing. Hopefully the products are good quality. Customer service personnel should definitely learn some skills in problem resolution.

There was some trepidation for me when first buying from IdeaStage, but their tremendous customer service set me at ease. From making sure I was getting the best deal in the purchasing phase to sorting out shipping conflicts, a gracious representative was there to help me along the way. I would certainly recommend this company, and hope the opportunity arises for me to work with them again.

I just wanted to give a huge kudos to IdeaStage. Our company dropped a detailed order on them with a week in hand deadline (including shipping). We were pretty difficult customers as we made a few last minute changes. The customer service was great and they pulled through, I actually received them 2 days before my deadline. I would suggest Ideastage to anyone and everyone!

I placed a small order earlier this month of promo items for my team of employees. The website contains almost any item that you can think of, and most are customizable with logos, colors, etc. I was contacted several times by customer service to confirm my requests and the details of my order. I was also kept abreast of shipping and tracking info and received a well organized receipt. I am very pleased with my overall experience, and I will be placing additional orders in 2016.

Order Headphones & Phone Stands from IdeaStage. Although there was a hickup on part of my order everything was resolved quickly.

I placed a large order with this company. It seems to be really just one guy using overseas vendors in China. I received a sample, and approved the sample. When I received my shipment, it was a different product. When I asked Jeff about the difference, he told me I agreed to it, and tough luck. Would NEVER use them again, nor recommend them to anyone for anything. The product I received was of lesser quality.

Another annoyance, the products were packed in very cheap Styrofoam sheets that were crumbling. I could not unpack a box without the disgusting packing materials clinging to everything.

Review: Their website is misleading. They feature incorrect photos of products that lead to confusion on the part of the consumer. Once you've wasted your money, they will not help you.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for this completely wrong product.

I placed an order with this company on 05/22/2013. The website allowed me to purchase a quantity of 40 keychains. Although it was noted on the website that there was a minimum of 500 pieces for customization, it stated less than 500 could be ordered without customization. There was even a price listed for "1+" item, indicating that less than 500 pieces could be purchased. I purchased 40 blank keychains, and received an order confirmation from the company. Today I decided to follow up because it has been almost a month since I placed the order, and I have not received the keychains. I received the following response: "We sent an email on the 23rd of May.

The order was rejected by the manufacturer because the minimum production quantity on this made to order item is 500 pieces." I went through my email AND my junk mail, and found no such email. I am very disappointed, as not only was this response contradictory to the information on the website (which indicated I could order less than 500 pieces if they were blank), but also, in my opinion, this is far less than the "guaranteed" best service advertised by the company. I supposed they only provide the "best service" to people ordering more than 500 pieces of a particular item. I do not recommend dealing with this company.
