I read it an I do accept but thing is I did call an I did send emailsNever got a call or email backThanks a bunch I do very much appreciate itI shall keep an eye out on mail if I dont see it ill call them again.

Good Morning,Please let the customer know we are sorry for her frustrations and that she is so unhappy with the customer service provided. We did email her several times, and I have attached an example of an email we sent her- we apologize if she was not receiving the emails sent. Our goal is to make customers happy and always provide outstanding customer service, and we are sorry that this customer did not have that experience. Her product was delivered, and if there is anything else we can do to make the customer happy we will be pleased to do so.Thank you!Ashlee
