We received your email letter on September 15, 2014. Thank
you for bringing this matter to our attention and for allowing us the opportunity
to share “our side of the story”.  I have
reviewed Ms. [redacted] complaint in detail.  Our findings
are as follows:

1. Our records
indicate that Ms. [redacted] spoke to one of our sales representative and agreed to
enrol in our service.

2. We regret
that Ms. [redacted] claims that she had “…no record of these payments.” We
quite simply asked Ms. [redacted] to pay for the service that she ordered.

3. Nevertheless, in
order to maintain goodwill with Ms. [redacted], her account has been cancelled. Her account reflects a zero balance and
there will be no further billing to this account.

In summary, we believe that we have been more
than fair with Ms. [redacted].
Sincerely,

[redacted]

Review: I am not sure why there is not paper trail for them saying I owe them 550.00 for a saving club that I do not know about . I just wanted something in writing so that my lawyer could look at it . They would not send me a letter . I do not remember this at all .Desired Settlement: just wanted to know what in the world do I owe money for and to be told I was a liar that they had been calling my house for the fast three years to get a hold of me .

Review: About a year ago I started receiving phone calls from several individuals calling from different phone numbers, all claiming to represent ID Ease. I have never heard of ID Ease before then. They claimed I owed them $100 and asked for a payment over the phone. I asked them to mail me a bill. They verified my address, then several weeks later I did get a letter from ID Ease. It clearly stated that "This is not a bill", but had a section that asked for credit card payment. On 9/4/14, I received a letter from [redacted], who is trying to collect on this $100 bill for ID Ease! When I called them, they said that they had been told that I had made 10 monthly payments of $50 each starting October 2011, and that I owe $100 to complete the purchase. I have no record of these payments.Desired Settlement: I want them to cancel my debt, and remove me from the collection agency.
