no honoring warranty that was verbially stated got my screen changed on 4/6/14 when asked what the warranty worker stated that as long as thier is no phyical or water damage warranty will be honored. Went back on 4/22/14 but woker had a line of 3-4 ppl so I left then I returned on 5/14/14 because four lines continued to appear on screen of my phone. whenI went today worker replied that I was pass my 30 day warranty I informed worker of information I was given when I first placed screen, worker again repeated that I was pass my warranty plus he does know how I take care of my phone so how does he know I didnt do something to my phone. I informed worked that I have a protective case on my iphone and this issue appeared a few after the switch and I attempted to met with a worker but he has busy when I first went. I agian showed worker that it was the screen that was defective because if I screen shot my phone you could see the four lines on the screen only not my picutre. Worker then stated that he would schange screen but I had to pay for the larbor. I infromed worker that I refuse to pay larbor because the screen the replaced on my phone was defective. Worker replied oh well not my problem.Desired SettlementI would just like my screen replaced or my money back which is 159.37 so I can go to the Apple store and replace it there where the warranty thier work Business Response Hello,We normally do not swap out screens for free that have lines, due to the lines appearing once a customer drops their phone. That is the cause of the lines on the screen. The screen is still a good screen, but for the customers sake, we will swap out the screen on his/her phone without charging the labor/installation charge.

I had dropped my phone off for an LCD and digitizer screen repair. I was told 1-2 days. Then after me calling and emailing them many times I finally received a response stating the part had not come in and it should be another week it in face took almost two weeks. I had received the tracking number so I would know when the part came in. on June 3rd I had called to see how the progress was on my phone (knowing the part came in may 31st). The associate told me that the part hadn't come in yet and it should be in that day. So I explained to him it was delivered 4 days ago. Again got the run around. I was told the work should be completed the 4th, again it wasn't. I received a call today (june 5th)stating it was completed and I could pick it up. Upon arrival I was handed the phone and the digitizer screen came off. so he was told to tape/glue it on. then I noticed there was discoloration in my screen..so I took it to T-MOBILE and the associate cerified that there was a crack in the LCD screen and that it infact is not completely fixed. when you turn on the phone there are lines that go vertically on the screen which is very annoying as well as a piece of glass under the digitizer because they didn't clean out the old glass properly. Then I went back to T-MOBILE to get a new sim card. As the associate goes to put it in she takes out the battery and notices that my sticker that has my serial number and make of phone was removed. As the lady from T-MOBILE stated, if he is doing a repair than there is no need for him to remove that sticker. Now we cant tell if the phone was stolen, if he is using the sticker for other purposes and to top it off T-MOBILE will not accept it now as a trade in for an upgraded phone.Product_Or_Service: LCD and digitizer screenDesired SettlementI would like a new Samsung Galaxy S3 phone. Even if this one were to be repaired correctly to where the screen didn't have a shaded color spot (were it is broken)and didn't have lines going vertically on the screen, it is now voided from T-Mobile for any use due to the removal of the model number and IMEI number (serial number.
