I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have logged into the account today, and our personal information is still listed (social security, maiden name, etc), so it appears that the information was not removed.  I would like our personal information removed from the system, and confirmation of such as soon as possible.

I have personally logged in as the customer and can not do so as the account has been completely wiped and removed from the database as promised. I have emailed the customer to inform them to try on their end as well as clear the cookies in their browser as that may be why she is still able to access her own information. The account no longer exists. Thank You.

I have served in the US Army for the last 17 years and initiated divorce proceeding while I lived in North Carolina. I was reassigned overseas before I had the opportunity to go to court in North Carolina. My estranged wife moved to Florida during that period. When I came back to the United States, she had moved to Florida. I attempted to change the papers to Florida, but was told I would have to pay a new fee because the new data had to be input. I must be confused because I believe I the one inputting the data and it then auto generates in the form. I have $149 in worthless papers that I cannot use. Glad to see that is how this company treats a U.S. Army Special Forces veteran! Definitely not user friendly or military friendly!

Review: My husband started an application on iDivorceForms.com. He was charged for the service, and he input a lot of personal data on their website. He changed his mind on the service, outside the warranty period. The company will not issue a refund as we cancelled outside the warranty period. However, we would like all of our personal data removed from their website. We have both called several times to request that our data be removed, and have been given a lot of run around. It was very difficult to make them understand that we simply wanted our data removed off their system. In our last communication on 11/3/2015, we were assured that our data would be deleted. We have received no communication or confirmation that our data has been removed. Furthermore, I just checked the website and it looks like our file is still on their system. I would appreciate any assistance we can get in helping us get our personal data removed off their system, and confirmation that has been done. We notified our IT department to clear all data in the account when informed on 11/3/2015 by the customer of this request. The account was then removed from the database and cleared of all personal information the following business day. We no longer have any personal information of this clients in our database as the client requested. Normally IT requests or issued take up to 72 hours to complete and this issue was taken care of within 24 hours. The last communication we had with the customer was on 11/03/2015 when we let the customer know we had submitted the request to IT.

Do NOT waste your money with this company. They will attempt to charge you $129.99 to download the very same paperwork you can get from your state for free. It prompts you to enter the information the very same way the free packet does--you sitll have to look up all of your own information. After I paid them, completed the interview, and received my forms back, there were FIFTEEN errors, based on the information I had entered. There was information in the wrong blanks, boxes, starts. I had to completely re-do the entire packet myself. In addition, they did not complete all fo the paperwork relating to my dependents and tell me which exhibits need to be attached.

They advertise that they will take you from paperwork to divorce in an easy, simple step and it's a complete lie! I now have to still go pay a lawyer after all of this and it has delayed my divorce considerably.

Do NOT use this company--consult with a private attorney in your area! Don't be suckered in by their false advertising!!!

This is a horrible business. I chose them to file my divorce but changed my mind when I found how difficult it was to fill out there forms with a cell phone (which is all I had at the time) so I requested a refunded not even 24 hours after purchase. I then had fraud happen on my debit card that I used at the time that I purchased this service and they had to cancel my card. I called idivorceforms.com and informed them of this. They informed me that they had to try to refund it back to the card first. OK fine. Well about 7 days later I received a call back from the bill department and the man told me that they couldn't refund it back to the card and I'd be sent a check. Well that is fine too but I'm sitting here 4 weeks later and every time I call they refuse to connect me to the billing department and say they have no record of this. I'm mad because that's 160 that they are stealing from me. Plus every time you call customer service is rude and has no clue what they are doing. Stay far far far away from them.

I made the life changing decision to leave my husband. I purchased this service, to have this company put together my forms for me. I paid them extra money to have them send the forms to my house. They took over a month to get the forms to me. When they arrived they were full of errors, put there by the person who completed my request. Because it took them so long to get my forms to me, I was unable to ask for a refund as they only offer a 24 hour return policy after you complete the online interview. I called the company directly to inform them of all the errors. They told me to email the corrections and they would make them in 24 to 48 hours. Again another 2 weeks go by with no word from them. I call them and they apologize. They let me know that they will be updated by the end of the day. I get the updated forms. Still full of errors plus new ones. I emailed the person making the corrections directly. Again, another 2 weeks go by she makes partial corrections and tells me I have to change some information in my interview. I go in and make the changes. 2 more weeks go by still no word and no refund in sight. 180.00 down the toilet and I'm not any closer to serving my husband these forms. A 12 year old could've filled these forms out more accurately than their "trained" case workers. STAY AWAY.

Review: I was miss lead to believe they would assist with my divorce. I learned the forms they gave me are free in my state. When I tried to print them they had bullets on them and I can't use them in court. I spoke to their customer service and was told I could get a refund. She never told me it had to be approved and was denied. Their information is misleading and I paid one hundred forty nine dollars for something I can't use. I filed an appeal with them. No response as yet. Thank you for your consideration.Desired Settlement: Just to get my money back to use for my state divorce.

We apologize for the confusion regarding what our services entail. We solely prepare documentation online by the client answering a series of questions. Their answers generate the forms and prepare the forms accordingly with the software in which we have developed. By doing so the client can prepare all their documentation themselves without having the expense of a licensed attorney.

Review: I used this service to assist me in filing some divorce forms. They did just that. However, the forms they helped me to produce were rejected by the courts.; So I went back to idivorceforms.com to honor their guarantee and refund my money...$149. I immediately received an email approving my refund and was told the funds would be refunded to my account withing 7 business days. I have called back idivorceforms.com on 4 occasions since then to inquire as to the status of my refund. Each time I am given a different story. The first one stated to give t 2 more days and that they would open a ticket with the refund department if I still had not received. On my next call (3days later) I was qoted that they opened a ticket and I would receive my funds within 3 additional businesss days and if not to call back and they would issue me a check instead. . The 4th time I called (another 3 days later) I was given the same basic song and dance and they even faxed me a recipt as proof they refunded my money. However, this mysterious refund has to this day (15 business days later) never reached my account. I also asked to speak with a supervisor, manager or anyone in the refund dept that could assist me only to be ignored, blown off, placed on repeated hold and never forwarded to anyone who could assist me. Now, I work for a bank, so I called the ACH department and ran the trace of the reference and transaction id they provided me only to find out that no such numbers exist and no such refund has been attempted to my account or the card used to make the purchase. I now have to go thru the banks dispute process to get my money refunded. The company promises to provide accurate forms and guarantees yuor money back if not satisfied or the forms are rejected. Then they produce some forms that according to the Seminol;e cCounty Court House are not even legal forms and have no business being submitted. This company seeks to prey on people in an already emotionally vilnerable state.Desired Settlement: Money ($149.00) refunded to my account or a check issued and mailed to the address of record in an expedited fashion.
