DID YOU CONTACT US?Please, BEFORE making your paymentPLEASE be sure you have contacted us first!DO NOT! Make a Payment WITHOUT Contacting us FIRST!and just above that "BUY NOW" button is this again.make your payment, ( After Contacting us First ) Using a card,Simply click on the "BUY NOW" button below, and you will go to where you can enter in the amount you want to pay.Payment Section:To Pay via Credit card click on the "Buy Now" link below.We are excited to see your order.ThanksJoe [redacted] Now REMEMBER! Did You Contact Us First Before Making Your Order?!and below that is finally the "BUY NOW" button.But he never did contact me before making the payment.Secondly because he never contacted me first, I e mailed him back explaining, How because he chose the Option that he will be last in line to get the clockBecause all the ones in Option will get theirs first.I gave him the Option of waiting last in line it is first come first served.orgave him the Option by adding the Dollars he could get into the Option class where those clocks get made first before the Option are made, something also very clearly stated on the web page.I gave him the option of adding a bit more and get faster treatmentor stay where he was, and just have to wait longerIn other words no change what so ever with the original order he made that he was fully happy to make in the first place.He went ballistic!So not wanting to fight with him, we told Pay-Pal to refund his payment.and as seen above it was.He was totally happy to make the original order, and I offered to keep is as it originally was made, or give him the opportunity to cut in line for a little more payment, and get it quicker But for some reason he no longer liked that and demanded his Payment back.I even told him, that I actually at this time was not even accepting any orders in Option at all, and if he had simply followed the countless instructions on the web site about contacting me first before ordering I would have told him so.So I actually went out of my way to make an exception and accept his order as placed anywayAnd he still went crazy.So I simply refunded his payment,,,Which he got.Questions?Joe [redacted]

This is the only message I sent to him (after I found out he was forcing people to pay more money than stated on the web page.):"Please just send me the refund via Paypal."This message is neither "ballistic", nor "crazy"Joe did not authorize the Paypal refundHe said he would only refund me 50% because I "changed my mind"He refused to do the refund until Paypal forced him to because his website stated one payment and he demanded another amountI want this on the record because he ABSOLUTELY did not voluntarily do this refundPaypal decided in my favor within an hour of my submissionThis is after the previous messages he sent (which I forwarded to Revdex.com) stating that the only options are to stay lowest on their list forever or pay more money to get a better spot in lineHe even stated in his messages that Paypal would back him up on this - which they obviously did notHe knows his web page is inaccurateHe admitted it in his emailsBut said he hadn't had time in the last years to change itFIVE YEARS!!! This type of extortion should be illegal and other people should be warnedHe should change the web page if it is so "confusing" to peopleAlso, I think people should know how rudely he writes in his emails and how disrespectful he treats peopleNo item is worth dealing with somebody who treats people that wayAlso, for the record, I did NOT "change my mind"He changed the priceHis last message indicated I could stay with the price I paid, but I would always be last in lineThis implies he would never make my item because he would always extort the additional funds from everybody else that made an orderSo my item would NEVER get made - and he would have just kept my money had I not filed a complaint with Paypal to get it back

Paypal decided in my favor within an hour of my submission.
