Review: I sent the following email to the company regarding their product and received no response as of a month later. This is a serious matter regarding a child's safety: I received a set of Snugly Baby fitted crib sheets as a shower gift prior to my son being born. I used the sheet (white with blue stars) as a backup when our original crib sheet was in the wash. I am contacting you to let you know that our crib sheet is defective and almost caused an extremely serious accident. One morning my 10 month old son woke up crying and luckily we went in right away. My husband found him wrapped up in the crib sheet like a mummy with his arms and hands bound by the sheet and the elastic wrapped so tightly around his neck that he could barely breathe and my husband could not even stick a finger in between the sheet and his neck to loosen it. We luckily got it unwrapped and my son was ok, but he had a red mark around his neck from how tight the elastic had been wrapped around his neck. This should have never occurred and literally caused the scariest moment we have ever had in our son's life. The sheet is obviously not safe for cribs and must be too big for standard crib mattresses. I made sure the sheet was tight before he went to bed, but with his moving around, he was obviously able to loosen it. I want to save other families from the horrifying situation that happened to us.Desired Settlement: This product should be removed from it's product line as it is unsafe. I also want a response from the company with an explanation as to why I never received a response from customer service, as well as an apology from a company officer.

WE FULLY UNDERSTAND THE PARENTS CONCERN BUT LET ME SAY THAT WE’VE BEEN SELLING THOUSANDS OF UNITS OF THIS PARTICULAR ITEM FOR YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A SINGLE COMPLAINT FROM ANY RETAIL CONSUMER, WHOLESALE CLIENT OR RETAIL ESTABLISHMENT WHATSOEVER. THIS IS IN FACT THE FIRST TIME WE’VE EVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS.

REGARDLESS, I WOULD LIKE TO SEND SOME GIFTS TO [redacted] FOR HER CHILD.

Review: Order was originally placed in a tradeshow in las vegas on March **, 2014. In april I added merchandise to this order, then sent the payment in full for the amount $8,175.60. On April *, 2014 [redacted] confirmed that he received payment and was working on order to be shipped the following week, he sent an email. After several attempts and calls to the office [redacted] or [redacted] couldnt give an answer whether my merchanidse was shipped or not. Finally on April ** they shipped an order for the amount of $2,235.00. I have been emailing and calling about my remaining merchandise that I already paid for and I have received no response. The amount they owe me is $5,940.60Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the money owed to me. I don't want to do business with a company that does not even bother answering my calls or email even after I already paid them
