Two weeks ago I placed an order for a trial offer of a product called *** which is supposed to promote hair growth thru ***. The only thing I was supposed to pay was the $6.74 for shipping and if I did NOT cancel the subscription by May 15th 2020 than it would become a monthly charge of $79.98. The day after I placed the order I called to cancel the subscription until I have received the product and had opportunity to try product but I was charged immediately the $79.98 on the 3rd day after order was placed anyway and I still have NOT even received the product to this day to date. I attempted to call "customer support" on three occasions, last call being placed just one hour ago to which a man named Peter called me back three times making threats of physical violence stating he has my address and was coming to 'shave my head" then I would really need this product', refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and said he was gonna take every dime I had in my bank account and called me derogatory and offensive names.

Serum account. We take complaints very
seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional
information. According to our records, we received your order on April
29,2020.The terms of the offer that
you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a
17 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which
you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that
"you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be
charged in the amount of $79.78 seventeen days from the date that the
order was placed for the product. These terms were presented to you in
multiple places on our website when you ordered our product.When you
ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the
terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that
they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the
terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been
happy to assist you.We
received a call on May 7th ,2020. On this call you did inquire about
the out of trial charge stating you had already been charged the $79.78. You
have not been charged any other fees other than the shipping and handling of the
$6.97 and the protect shipment charge of $3.97. Those have now been refunded to
you. Please allow 3-5 business days to reflect into your account.We strive for the best customer service possible we have
reviewed every phone call with our agent and while the agents tone was
something we thinks is less than satisfactory at times he did not state
anything you have stated in the complaint. If there is no supervisor available
to take the call a supervisor is not required to take over the call and will
see in the computer exactly what the agent sees. Again, we have not charged you
the $79.78 for the out of trial fee.Your
account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or
