Terrible business – do not trust
Please do your research before purchasing driving lessons - it’s best for the safety of your children and your wallet. I made a huge mistake with this company. They were very manipulative with hidden fees with their online platform for driving lessons I purchased which, of course they deny and are now saying no refunds. Very deceitful! They like to say they give 100% satisfaction, but those are meaningless words (doing the exact opposite), because they took my money and won’t give it back! If they truly believe in customer service, and they were honest and moral, they would give back the money with no reluctance, nor hesitation. But of course that would never be their intention and they are doing everything in their power to keep it away from me. That clearly makes me 100% dissatisfied and extremely angry. It’s not nice taking advantage of vulnerable people. To add insult to injury, they later said that they would offer a small refund and keep most of my money without even services rendered! These are not the actions of ethical and moral people that say they believe in the “highest standards” (such garbage!) unless the standard is hurting people which they did to me. Horrible! What kind of soulless, cruel, bizarre thinking and human interaction is that never mind the way of doing business? There is no way I would recommend having children go anywhere near them with this kind of mentality. This whole situation has made me very stressed out and I’m losing sleep over it while they gleefully hold onto my money. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I regret being in this situation. Buyer beware.

I took my in class classes April 14-22 which where fine.
When it came to my in car classes I had to wait around 9 weeks for my first in car lesson. I had my first with the owner of the business(*** which was only 1 hour out of the 10, my second class was to be a few weeks later when the instructor cancelled the morning of due to a headache. I did not hear from him til a few weeks later by text telling me he would not be continuing my lessons that he was giving me a new instructor.

I had my first class with this new instructor a few weeks after the conversation with the owner. This new instructor first questioned why this happen , then made and felt like a really rude comment that "his car is to small for me" , we started off driving and he kept raising his voice, we drove down dougall Ave where he made me pull over to a parking lot had me get out and get into the passenger seat , drove me to Remington park area where for 2 hours I only drove left and right. This instructor still continued raising his voice at me and then grabbing may steering wheel, He kept saying Id need so many more hours driving etc.I felt so unsafe, felt so discouraged. He made my anxiety so bad.
After this lesson he cancelled the next , we rescheduled for a week later where he showed up but because it began to rain he told me he would not take me out in the rain.
I did not hear back for him again .

I then messaged the owner explaining all this , he told me he would look into it. I then a few weeks later got a call for the idrive office giving me a new instructor and was told he would contact me within a few weeks this was end of August.
I am so frustrated and upset I have not finished my driving lesson. I have not drove since.
I now dont feel comfortable having an instructor there teach me and would like my money($339.00) back so I can find a company to give me my in car. Sad I only received 3 hours of the 10, and that I had so much wait time to do what I did have.

Refund would like my money returned or at least half of it returned so I can go else where for further lessons.

Thank You for bringing this issue to my attention, Although I would've preferred you contacted me directly, also I am glad to hear you enjoined the classroom part of the BDE course. As of for the in-car I so sorry to hear of what had happen with you and your instructor.
As we all know that things come up from time to time, unfortunately *** had called in sick on the day that you where schedule for your 2nd lesson. By default lessons that where schedule with that instructor would be rescheduled. As for changing Instructors the 1st it was base on your requests, Because *** had a full schedule and a week waiting time you have requested that change and the change was granted.
with respect to the Comment that your 2nd in-car instructor made was inappropriate and unacceptable at your work place. You and I (owner) have spoke about this and He and I have apologized sincerely for the misunderstanding of what he had try to Explain. (you were right the way it was said could've been understood in the way you understood it). As for the 2nd change of instructors, again was per your request that you no longer feel comfortable with your instructor and it was granted. Before I had made the switch I made it clear that the new instructor is busy and have be working overtime to catch up and you where fine with that.

Since then the new instructor has tried to reach you couple of times and he was unable to do so. \
the most recent time was November 17 2018,

should you wish to continue the BDE course we would love to offer you 2 extra lessons (hours).

P.S BDE course must to completed with 1 year from the registration date.
