IDrive notified me that my credit card information was no longer valid and that I needed to update the informationOtherwise, my account would be cancelled
I did not update the information and, in fact, notified them that I did indeed wish to cancelThey emailed saying that I had to go into my account and select the option to discontinue auto renewalNo such option existedShortly thereafter, I went into my account once more and saw a cancellation buttonI used this to finalize the cancellation
However, immediately after I notified them of my desire to cancel, IDrive rushed the payment through - on the expired card - once moreThis time it went through
I asked IDrive to refund this moneyThey said it was their policy not to offer refunds of any type, except to new customers who cancelled service within days
At one time, IDrive was considered the best in the businessNow they have turned from away from improving their product, focusing instead on scamming unsuspecting customers

It's been a few months since a friend recommended me iDriveAt first, I was a little skeptical as there are so many other players in the same game but once I landed on the pricing page, it was a certain saleIt was quite affordable and the plans had a good variety to itI obviously tried the cheapest first but then upgraded shortlyGreat service overall

I have been using iDrive and their service for some time now and I am deeply impressed with itThough it was slightly confusing at first but after a good few weeks, I can trust my data with these guysWorks well for me and I would definitely recommend this to people looking for a decent online backup

This company is completely unreliable. For five years I've paid them for their services and when their services were needed they failed. I was supposed to have easy remote access to my files. Their software did not work (it's also not very user friendly and they give very little detailed information). Their customer service reps were neither helpful or sympathetic. I had to pay someone else entirely to retrieve my files another way. In addition, since they claim they can eventually get everything working, they may not even refund this year's payment since it didn't fall within their "cancellation after 15 days of payment" policy. Every instruction they gave me via chat or email failed. When I was told they would call me back, I received no phone call just an email five hours later.

I have been using their Apps and service for a while now and all I can say is that it's an extremely reliable service. I completely trust them with my data and for a fact I know they offer the best recovery options as well. What really got me in to trying them in the first place was that a friend had told me about them and I got myself the free plan to test and was really impressed. Really good service.

They renewed my account and charged my card the full price for their services. When I called about two different offers they have, I was told they "Offers and discounts that are limited time, and if you did not act in time, then the offer expired and you were charged the regular price of the account. The offer that bundles the 1TB WiFi drive along with a year of service is only available to newly created accounts, which is also a limited time offer." I checked their site and the email offer I received and was able to find this type of reference.

I was not able to load files onto the company's hard drive. No files were ever backed up onto iDrive's system. The company refused to issue a refund...no services rendered.

iDrive has always been a great help for me ever since I bought their services. I must have tried a dozen different backup and recovery tools but none this good. I did have an incident a few weeks ago where all my data was accidentally erased from my system and I called in the support. It was quite easy to recover all of it.

iDrive has been an awesome service to use for me and my business. Their whole range of products have helped me out one for the other, be it Business or Personal. I love the fact that they provide mobile Apps to have better control over the account and I think that has been the sole reason why I don't choose anyone else. I would definitely recommend this for better safety.
