iDrive has always been a great help for me ever since I bought their servicesI must have tried a dozen different backup and recovery tools but none this goodI did have an incident a few weeks ago where all my data was accidentally erased from my system and I called in the supportIt was quite easy to recover all of it
They renewed my account and charged my card the full price for their servicesWhen I called about two different offers they have, I was told they "Offers and discounts that are limited time, and if you did not act in time, then the offer expired and you were charged the regular price of the accountThe offer that bundles the 1TB WiFi drive along with a year of service is only available to newly created accounts, which is also a limited time offer." I checked their site and the email offer I received and was able to find this type of reference
I was not able to load files onto the company's hard driveNo files were ever backed up onto iDrive's systemThe company refused to issue a refund...no services rendered
I have been using their Apps and service for a while now and all I can say is that it's an extremely reliable serviceI completely trust them with my data and for a fact I know they offer the best recovery options as wellWhat really got me in to trying them in the first place was that a friend had told me about them and I got myself the free plan to test and was really impressedReally good service
iDrive has been an awesome service to use for me and my businessTheir whole range of products have helped me out one for the other, be it Business or PersonalI love the fact that they provide mobile Apps to have better control over the account and I think that has been the sole reason why I don't choose anyone elseI would definitely recommend this for better safety
