Complaint Sarah small
Please stop taking money out of my bank card and sending products immediately ..
I have tried to cancel many times and I just keep sending product ?
Complaint Sarah small

to me
Hi Eneida,

I received a call yesterday from the company Idrotherapy and they told me that I did not follow the instructions to return the products
properly. I was supposed to obtain a number before returning the goods.

I told them that since I have paid for the bottles and I actually returned them, maybe they could send something back to me. They agreed
to return 2 full size new products.

I am satisfied with this arrangement since I could not be reimburse but I will at least receive something .

As I told you before, I will certainly not make the same mistake again..

Sincerely

I supposedly ordered a free trial of Argon Oil, I agreed to pay the freight. I received another oil I did not order, plus big charges.
I answered an add for a free trial of Argon Oil, I agreed to pay the freight. I received two products, was only expecting one. I feel sure that I contacted the company and told them that I did not want to sent products automatically. Since then I have received another jar of product, phoned the Australian number to-day and they have told me that they sent emails to me to explain their terms, didn't find any of these, did ask for them to forward to me a copy of these emails. They did agree to refund me a sum of $79.99 but I am still out of pocket well over $200. I did not authorize them to keep taking money from my account. I really want this matter investigated and this company made to repay the monies they have taken from innocent people.

Desired Outcome

I wish to have a complete refund of the charges. I am willing to accept the freight charges I initially agreed to.

Can supply you with many emails that show where they have attempted to obtain money from my account. Thank you ***.

Received their product that I previously cancelled, returned the product in May and am still waiting for full refund from the company.
I ordered a skin care cream Argan Oil online and they are affiliated with Idrotherapy so when you order one, you order the other one as well. I ordered Azargan on March 5th and was charged for Azargan $9.98 & Idrotherapy $9.32. I received both products in the mail shortly after ordering them. In fine print at the bottom, it also states that it's a continuous product to which if there is no cancelation they will bill you. On March 19th, I was charged Azargan $119.28 & March 21st $132.74, only 2 weeks after receiving the first order and then again I get charged April 5th, skin facial $126.82 & Idrotherapy $140.46. I was infuriated because I was away and received all these parcels in the mail. I immediately called to cancel my order and then on May 5th, they charged my credit card for Idrotherapy $140.68. When I spoke with a representative they apologized sincerely and wanted to sell me the product at 50% percent off the retail price, when I said no I was not interested, they offered it to me at a even more reduced rate of 75%. I also declined the order, afterwards they gave me an RAM number so I could return the product to their Ontario office and not be charged for a processing fee. I returned the parcel on May 22 and my tracking number shows that the parcel was received at their warehouse on May 28th only 6 days after I sent them the parcel. I have called every week since May and have gotten nothing but excuses that they haven't received word from their warehouse but my statement/receipt says otherwise. I have been in contact with several representative that say a supervisor will contact me and will follow up with me but every week, I have to call them back to ask them where my refund money is.

Desired Outcome

I would like my refunded money back. I have not used their product but yet I am still being charged for their product. I can't understand how a company can get away with this, i hope you will be able to help me. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint, Sincerely

Refraine from doing any business with this company. They claim they are giving you a free product but then tell you that in 14 days if you keep the product you will be charged for it.

Do not fall for the "free trial offer". You are automatically enrolled in a once a month shipment for the low, low price of $119.00 Cdn! (I am being sarcastic). I don't recall seeing anything in the packaging about not cancelling and automatically being enrolled in a monthly subscription. You cannot possibly go through all of this cream in one month!

I called this company and cancelled my subscription but it will remain to be seen if next month my credit card is debited for $119.00. I want to send my "free samples" back as they have not been opened, however, I'm not confident I will receive a refund. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS - IT IS CLEARLY A SCAM!

Misleading advertising - led me to believe I was getting a promotional offer. Found out that I had been duped into subscribing to a monthly shipment.
I found out about this company via a pop-up tablet ad. It offered a promotion on a product called "Idrotherapy Wrinkle Reducer". Try for about $7 CAD. Limited time offer. I followed the steps, charging it to my credit card. I do not recall seeing a notice that I had to cancel within 14 days or I would be enrolled in a monthly program receiving the product every 30 days at the exorbitant price of $126.87 CAD! If the statement about automatic enrolment in a subscription program was on the order screen, it was well buried or stated in such a way as to seem innocuous. I am not normally duped by this type of thing. I attempted to reach the company today several of the 1-888 numbers listed in the company's e-mail for *** service were not in service. I finally found a web-site that connected me to a person she cancelled my subscription today, but I am still on the hook for the next shipment. After much argument on the phone, they say (and have sent an e-mail to confirm) that they have reduced the price for the March shipment - I will get a refund of $106.98 on the amount billed for March. I feel scammed - the product, used as directed, should last for months. Who in their right mind would need another shipment of the stuff MONTHLY at a cost of $126. I have contacted Mastercard. With the e-mails from the company about my cancellation and reduced price for yet another shipment, I should be able to get further charges overturned if they appear on the next billing. But I am angry at this company's business practice, billing practice, and misleading advertising. The company is international with *** service links in various countries. Order # XXXXXXX

Desired Outcome

If their e-mail today is to be believed, they have cancelled my subscription. However, I was told that the product was shipped on March 2 as per the subscription. I was given the option of returning that product (I bear shipping costs and they want a restocking fee) or of getting the product at a reduced price (refunding to my MC $106.98). I would like a FULL refund for the product shipped in March. I accept responsibility for failing to find the loophole when I signed up for the promotion - and I have alrealy paid these people $128.23 for February. I am not satisfied with a partial refund for March! However, I suspect they will do nothing further. In that event, I hope that by filing a complaint, I will add to a list of dissatisfied customers who feel they have been duped.

Hello, I am a Canadian citizen and was directed to you to file my complaint. On January 11th I saw 2 ads one for Argon oil for my hair and the other was e-cream that stated to get a free sample but pay for shipping. I agreed and signed up. When my husband was paying our monthly bills he noticed 2 charges on our credit card, one for126.90 and the other for 112.80. We called our credit card and was told to call the company and get a FULL REFUND and to get it in writing. I went on the site where I got the items and got the e-mail address and phone number. When I e-mailed the company I got a reply that they did not handle complaints that you had to call. There fore I had nothing in writing as there e-mail does not handle complaints. So I called. During the half an hour conversation on the phone with the *** service agent named Fe, she preceded to tell me that it was not a free sample I had gotten but in fact the product. I said that is not what I signed up for and she told me that it said I had 14 days to cancel and since I did not I had to pay. I did receive an e-mail from the company but never read it. We did not catch the charge till it was past the 14 days. I argued with the lady as she preceded to tell me all the things she could do for me like cut the price so I do not have to pay the shipping to send it back and she even went on to say that I could buy it for 20.00. I insisted that I wanted my money back and all products would be returned. She is only willing to give me the rate of US money is now not what I paid and this is totally unfair. Today I received the other shipment and sent both things back with insurance and signature required. This cost me over 22.00 more. After reading reviews on the site LOTS of customers have fallen for this as we believed we were getting a trial sample. I truly hope you can assist me in getting my FULL REFUND from this company. The address I sent the products back was a Canadian address so when I went to file with our Revdex.com I was redirected to your site. I am afraid that this is a business all over and that I am not going to get my money back. The address I returned my stuff to was..........IDROTHERPY, 3200 Ridgeway Drive #17, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, L5L-5Y6 The number I called on February 1st,2018 was X-XXX-XXX-XXXX

WARNING!!! PLEASE SHARE!!
Do NOT order these cremes or oils!!! They are FALSE advertising that the initial bottle of creme/oil is FREE and only pay shipping and handling. Then in the fine print they say they will auto deduct in 15 days and that payment is for the supposed "free" bottles!!! Called to cancel my subscription, and they wouldn't do anything to honor their false advertising, and send me the cremes they deducted for. Also, when I first called to cancel, they hung up on me, then when I called back, they had me on hold and then a recording came on saying there was nobody available. So I used a different phone and guess what, yep they answered! So they are screening calls that want to cancel. Managed to get them to cancel and send me a confirmation email of the cancellation. Asked to speak with a supervisor, and of course the supervisor was busy!! I am going to file a complaint with the Canadian Revdex.com and want everyone to share this post so that others are not falsely drawn into their scam!! I will also be sharing through ALL MEDIA channels possible!!

SHARE SHARE SHARE!!!

They also have a page on facebook Idrotherapy, so DO NOT LIKE or order from there either!!!

Lastly, on their website they have a "easy cancel" button that conveniently doesnt work and I was told its being fixed! Bet if that was the "easy order" button, it sure would work. Again shady, and scam !

I ordered a free trail once, am still receiving product - returned it by mail today - website has easy cancel on it, but it will not up
I ordered one free trail, received two shipments, called them to cancel second one; they said they could not cancel order; received another shipment today - returned it by mail - went to website and easy cancel item will not open up I want these last charges on my credit card reversed

Desired Outcome

cancel charges on items returned

I have received a credit on my mastercard from this company.
Thanks

I ordered what I was told was a free sample (just pay shipping) & co. Charged my c.c. & when I called for a refund they kept $60 of my money.
I ordered a free sample (just pay shipping) and the company charged my credit card & signed me up for an auto renewal without my consent. When I requested a refund they refused to issue me 100% of my money back & as a result I'm out $60 US.

Desired Outcome

I want to be refunded ALL of my money. It said it was a free sample (just pay shipping) and my credit card was charged without my consent & *** service refused to refund all my money & kept $60 US.

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First of all I have attempted to contact your *** service department via telephone and the person I spoke to refused to refund all of my money.

I have done a great deal of research on your company and discovered that many people are having the same problem and have also found information about your organization fraudulently taking money from people then refusing to refund it.

The webpage that I used was a "ghost webpage" and it lead me to believe that I was signing up for a free sample (not a trial) and that I only had to pay the shipping.

Nowhere did I see the terms and conditions you stated in your response nor did I recieve any email informing me about a free trial expiring before my credit card was charged.

You are providing false & misleading information to your victims and what you are doing is highly illegal by scamming people out of their money.

The only way I will even consider withdrawing this complaint is if I recieve a refund for the remaining money that was wrongfully taken from me.

If this matter is not resolved I will post information in chats and forums on the internet about your companies dishonest business practices and will also file a complaint with the local police department as well as go to any media outlets to convey the truth about Idrotherapy.
