Review: This company sent a check through my bank account for $24.95 for something I did not order or authorize. I have no idea where they got my bank account info but I do know they have done this to others because I found other complaints on the internet. It was a check THEY generated, not one of mine. I don't know these people and I NEVER authorized them to take money from my account. My bank says they can't do anything. I called the phone number listed on the bottom of THEIR check and eventually spoke with "[redacted]" (who gave his ID # as 6546) about June 10th. He assured me the account would be closed and the money returned. I called again on the 15th and the same person told me it takes ten business days to process. It's been more than ten days and I haven't gotten my money back. I have tried repeatedly to contact this company and either get put on indefinite hold or sent to voicemail which these people apparently never check or return calls from.Desired Settlement: I want my $24.95 back. I did NOT authorize this company to start an account for me or access my checking account. I do NOT know who they are. I NEVER want them to do this again. I just want my money back like they promised. They took it FRAUDULENTLY! They need to be appropriately dealt with for defrauding people!
