I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[The prices charged for VIP passes were nothing as the vendor promised the VIP area was located in the very back of the main stage, in most events VIP passes means in the front of the stage, where they have an area only for VIPs and you get to enjoy and view the event in a better way than the rest paying lower prices, I paid over $more for my tickets to find out that people that paid only for Green ville easy tent tickets had exactly the same access to the facilities in the camp site, where they supposed to have enough bathrooms, toilets and showers working for all the people there, shower NEVER WORKED completely and they have by Saturday night feces running out of the septic system all over the yard where people where walking in the dark, in the VIP we where promised to have locker with charging stations and locker didn't have anywhere to charge your phones,I was anyhting but comfortable as promised and on top of that watching the show from the very backThat's way I'm requesting a refund because was not worth it to pay an extra $when I just could paid the total of $instead vs $and getting the same

We have record that The Customer's refund was processed. We also passed out cards in addition to the cloth bands stating that we had run out of leather bands and would be able to provide one at a later date. The Customer was mailed two leather bands after the event had already passed.

The safety and security of our guests and their personal property is taken very seriously at TomorrowWorld. We contract with multiple security companies and work closely with local government officials and in-house experts to carefully implement deployment plans designed to protect our guests and their personal property. Despite the most diligent efforts to mitigate security risks, personal property is sometimes lost or stolen. For that reason, and per our ticketing terms and conditions, We urge our guests to leave their valuables at home and provide secure lockers to protect any items you do not wish to leave in your tent or have on your person. With regards to your complaint, We hired a number of security companies for TomorrowWorld, each of which was stationed in a particular location such as the entrance to the campgrounds, the entrance to the music festival area, and the checkpoint between these two distinct areas. Argus Security’s duties were confined to the VIP platforms, which are located inside of the music festival area and far from the campgrounds. In addition, there was no incident report filed with the TomorrowWorld staff in regarding this matter. We are very sorry to hear that your personal property is missing, but unfortunately, We cannot accommodate your request for the reasons set forth above. We value our guests and their satisfaction with our services, and thus appreciate the opportunity to respond to the comments and concerns brought to the Revdex.com. The package purchased by the complainant was an easy-tent package. We do not state that we include more than one air mattress and we state that this is a two person tent. Any more room would make it bigger than a two person tent. The showers were functional the entirety of the event and there were...

multiple locations of showers. We have had much praise about the VIP area and know that hors d'oeuvres were available. The complainant also received his $100 bonus (which was not $25 per day) and spent the entirety of it.

Review: Last October [redacted] we arrived to Tomorrow World and Green ville to find out that for what I had pay for was not what I was expecting I bought two DreamVille Comfort (VIP) Passes with the value of $2,204 ($1,102 per person) of which the supposed to include: Comfort (VIP) DreamVille Tickets include:Premium elevated views of the Main Stage and selected other stages, Express entrance into the venue, Complimentary Parking , Air-conditioned flush toilets, Shaded relax areas with seating, Complimentary lockers, Complimentary cell phone recharge,stations, Complimentary hors doeuvres, Gourmet food options, also Full Madness + Easy Tent Passes includes the following: 3 day access to TomorrowWorld,Access To DreamVille, Access to The Easy Tent Community, Access to The Gathering (Official warm up party) on Thursday, Access to separate Easy Tent sanitary facilities, TomorrowWorld branded tent, Air mattress, Sleeping bag(s) quantity to equal number of people in tent, Night Light.At the Dreamville easy tent we found out that out tent was extremely small and there was only one full size mattress to share betwen two guys with hardly any room to keep your luggage, also the mattress was really cheap along with the sleeping bags and we never got a light and once we asked for one they told us that they were out of them, the first day showers didnt work at all,the second day Friday [redacted] the showers started to work but only 10 of 20 shower were working for 40,000 campers to be expected,they worked only for half of day. Once we access to tomorrowworld to found out that the VIP area was not but in the very back of the main stage, way way back where you can hardly see anything, where we got lockers without charging station as promised, also we never got offered any hors doeuvres or the $25 value every day drinks,by the 3th day in Saturday [redacted] bathrooms in green ville and the vip section where a total chaos where they have feces running out everywhere due overfilled septic tanks.Desired Settlement: Most people that got the Dream ville TWO PERSON EASY TENT they paid $1,204 ($602 per person) vs $2,204 that we paid and the VIP we normally pay in any event here in Portland is for the first five rows of the main stage and in this case we didn't get any of that here VIP passes were overpriced and didn't deliver what they promised in the site, I'm expecting at least $1000 dls for refund since what we really got was Dream ville passes benefits only.

Review: Argus Security took my property totaling over $500, my tent and everything in it. They said they was going to put it in my car with the rest of my belongings that they put in my car.Desired Settlement: For Argus Security to pay me at least $500 for all my stuff that they took.

Review: This was my first ID&T event, and I have to say that I was far less than impressed. They promote the most ridiculous exchange rates on your cash for their tokens, that you end up paying LITERALLY $12 for a gyro, and $9-$10 for a beer. They promised me a refund of my unused balance, and a month later, I still have not received it. I also PAID FOR A KEEPSAKE LEATHER TOMORROWWORLD BRACELET, and received a cloth one without my prior consent, and not of comparable quality. Due to these deceptive and outright insulting practices, I will never return to another ID&T event.Desired Settlement: I provided them with my banking information in order to do the refund over a month ago. I want my money back, plus the $5 they're charging me to "process" my refund. I would also like to receive my keepsake leather Tomorrowworld bracelet, or be compensated for not receiving it as advertised.
