I am rejecting this response because:
I suggest they make sure customers are advised
their private information will be available to anyone with access to google when they adopt a dog from a shelter because I was never warned of this Why old that even be an option? Why would anyone want all their information made public?? I also suggest this company actually Google my information before claiming it's not public anymore I've taken two screen shots showing my cell number attached to my address and phone number I don't understand why I have to go to these lengths to protect information that should never been public to begin with!

A check is being mailed to refund the customer as a courtesy, we offered to rend of her credit card but did not want that.

 This complaint (ID: [redacted]) can be closed.  The refund was actually processed on a different credit card than the one actually charged.  I did not realize this until I had contacted their customer service once again and they recited the credit card used for the refund.  I'm not certain why one card was charged and a different card was credited, but either way the refund was received.Thanks

Her card was not charged, we have no record of her being charged this year.  Our team and I have tried contacting her but no reply. We're waiting to hear back from the cutomer.
