Promised a refund on an item and have not received it.
Placed a *** dollar order for an item through this company on amazon on 8/27/20. The item was said to have shipped (which allows the charge to be made on the card) and would arrive by the 2nd. On the 2nd I checked with u.p.s only to find that the item had not been shipped at all. The status of said item changed once again on the 3rd and said that it was shipping and once again u.p.s showed otherwise. I spoke to customer service on 9/3 and was told that this was due to "covid" and that it would not be mailed out for multiple weeks (despite being labeled as "shipped" on amazon). I was told I could receive a full refund, which I requested, and that it would take 3 to 5 business days. After never receiving said refund I spoke to them again on 9/11 and was told that they would check on this issue and get back to me. I contacted them once again after not receiving an update on 9/16 and was told that it was a "processing error" that had since been resolved and that I would receive it within 48 hours. It is now 9/21 and I have still received no refund. I have spoke to amazon multiple times and they have contacted the seller but to no avail. Amazon guarantees a refund if the third-party seller does not respond in 48 hours which would then leave the seller obligated to pay the money back to amazon, yet idyiashop has continued their scam by responding
and promising the buyer that the refund is on the way. This allows them to keep the money that they charged for the item that was never shipped, and avoid owing said money to amazon by preventing the buyer from receiving the "a-z guarantee" by continuing to "respond" to the inquiries of the refund. These are simply scam artists. (please note that the same issue has been reported by many in their reviews)

I want my full refund.

Idyiashop has failed to send my purchase. Attempts to contact them go unanswered.
Purchased AsRock X570 Taichi motherboard on 4/20/20. The price was *** and with tax came to *** After 8 days I contacted the seller and was told in an email it would be "shipped within the next few days". On 5/12/20 I called their phone number (X-XXX-XXX-XXXX) and spoke with an employee who told me it had just come in that day and I would receive a new tracking number by the weekend. As of today (5/29/20) I have receive nothing. I have attempted to call the above number several times and only get a busy signal.

Desired Outcome

I would just like to get the product I ordered and paid for.

The business has refunded my money.

I bought a graphics card on Amazon from IDYIASHOP and they refuse to ship it to me. They use my money as insurance while they try and sell it for more
So where to begin...
So I bought a *** graphics card from IDYIASHOP on May 9th. It said that the it would arrive by May 21st. My card was charged on May 10th and a Tracking number was created. Sounds good right? Then it sat there in there warehouse and sat there... I would keep checking the tracking number and it still said that the item has been "shipped" but when I looked on the USPS website, it said that it has never even reached the post office. They are literally blocks away from the post office! May 21st came and went and I was obviously very frustrated because the tracking number never changed its status. I filed an Amazon claim and also messaged them on amazon. I decided to research their company and wow did I get a whole slew of negative reviews of them with basically the same problem I had. I checked their website and it showed they were selling the same part that I bought on their website. I looked up their phone number and called their business at 5:11 on May 22nd. I talked to a guy (who I didn't get his name) who looked up my order and said that he was confused as to why the product had not gone out and shipped. We chatted for 4 minutes and 57 seconds and he said that the part was in stock and that it was still in their warehouse. He said that it wouldn't be an issue getting that part shipped out, but not until Monday 5/25 or Tuesday 5/26. Annoyed but understandingly I said that it was fine... but if I could get the part expedited. He said that that was not a problem. We hung up and I was cautiously optimistic. Sunday 5/24 came and I finally got a response from the amazon message I sent basically saying that the shipping was delayed because of COVID and that it was also affecting their supply chain as well. I was confused because they told me on the phone earlier that the part was in their warehouse and that it would be no issue getting it shipped out. I thought... well maybe it was an automated message that gets sent to anyone with a delayed shipment. I replied stating that I was getting conflicting information and basically asking about the status of my item. No reply. May 26th came and went and I finally got a message from IDYIASHOP basically throwing her colleague under the bus saying that she was sorry that her colleague didn't give me me any other information in their last email besides that shipping will be delayed. They basically said that if the package hasn't gotten to me then it must have been lost in transit. WHAT?! The tracking number stated that it hadn't even reached the post office. Did it get lost in transit from the time it left the warehouse to the post office? Did it get lost in transit when the person I talked to told me that it was in the warehouse and that it will ship out in the next few days? No... I think it was sold on their website for a higher price than what I paid for on Amazon and they just held onto the part for as long as it took to sell it on their website. As I write this, I am looking on their website and they are selling the graphics card for $50 more than what I paid for it. I have since tried calling them and their line has magically disconnected. Are you really gonna let your small business's name get tarnished for an extra $50? Its shady and its disgusting. I wanted to give y'all the benefit of the doubt and stay patient... but your conflicting stories and just flat out shady business dealings made me do the one thing i've never done. Write a nasty review that points out the struggles that I've had so that other people don't have to endure what I have. Don't buy from IDYIASHOP! They will hold your money as insurance until they sell it for more and then make you ask for a refund.

Desired Outcome

I would like my graphics card. It's in stock on their website but its magically out of stock when I paid for it on Amazon.

This order was received, processed and shipped in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it appeared to have been lost in transit. Customer was notified of the issue and a full refund was issued. We are still here, live and well. And the phone lines work as they should. However, due to most of the customer care reps being relocated to work at home, those incoming calls can sometimes get missed. As for the pricing complaints, as with most consumer electronics, prices do fluctuate. While we do try our utmost to maintain those pricing, the market climate, ultimately determines where we should be on a price. Should the price swing in favor of a consumer, we will honor those prices regardless. And by the same token, should the price swing go against a consumer, the best we can do is minimize the difference. But it is never our business philosophy to take advantage of consumers with price gouging.

The item was never received, and they never gave me a refund.
I have reached out to them for almost 2 months about it and case was not solved, I have not received my refund.

Due to our inability to fulfill the order, we had notified the customer that this order would be cancelled and refunded. After submitting the refund request to Amazon, the customer had received a full refund.

Vendor will create shipping label and never ship the item. They also refuse to refund customers money. They have tons have bad reviews about the same issue on multiple vendor sites like amazon/Newegg etc. No one should ever purchase items from them. It's a scam.

Vendor is not shipping product to me because they can sell it for more even though I already paid for it.
I ordered and paid for a $600 video graphics card on March 25, 2020 from ***. When requesting a delivery date each week, they say they'll send it in a couple days.
They eventually said I should request a refund. However, they are still selling and shipping the product. When I told them I want the product, they admit they have the product, but want me to request refund instead of shipping it to me. That is because it is now selling for more money. I already paid for the product. If they ran out of it, I could understand, but *** at the company said "It is not an issue of availability. It is just packing and shipping." So, it is not a shipping issue due to COVID-19. They haven't even packed it yet. If you look at the reviews they are getting in April 2020, others are complaining of the same thing. This company is taking advantage of the COVID-19 environment to raise the prices of their product. They go so far as to tell us to get a refund knowing they want to keep the product to sell back to me (or anyone) for more money. This is not a moral action. Nor is it honorable business practice.

Desired Outcome

I want them to send me a the product I ordered. They have it and they are still selling it and shipping it.

Due to the worsening COVID situation here in California, our man power had been severely cut back. When this customer contacted us about the shipment, we had related to her that we were behind on shipment. Also, due to our inability to ship the item out immediately, we had refunded the express shipping amount right away. We had also explained to the customer of our situation and that the shipment will be delivered later than expected. On a subsequent message few days later, customer again inquire about the shipment. On the same day, we had replied the customer letting her know that our situation has not improved much and her package still has not shipped. We had offered to cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately. Our thinking is that we do not want to hold up the customer's computer build in case there was some sort of deadline that had to be met. Did the price change during this time period? Yes it did. Our pricing automatically adjust based on market demands. So depending on the market climate, it's possible for prices to go down, as well as to go up. But regardless, once a customer placed an order, that is the final price. We don't adjust a customer's price due to fluctuations. Throughout the whole time, we had kept this customer informed of our situation in order for her to make an appropriate decision. She was told we would ship the product she paid for if you could wait. At no point in time did we cancel the order without the customer's permission. Few days later, customer decided to cancel the order and had since received a full refund. We regret that this order was caught in the turmoil that we're seeing around the world, and that we were unable to fulfill the customer's order in a timely manner. Despite the circumstances, and despite the customer's false and unsubstantiated accusations, we had remain honest and cordial. All our correspondents had been polite, truthful and professional. And at the end, the customer had received the entire refund, down to the last cent.
