I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10064507, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Well, *** ***First of all you received plates back and obviously couldn't care lessThe fact is that I shipped packages that day...one to amazon in LEXINGTON, KY at lbs and one to you in SANTA ANA, CA weighing lbs, which were (2) x 5lb platesWhat disturbs me is that you received this package WITH THE ORDER NUMBER INSIDE and took it upon yourselves to completely ignore it...now, citing that I sent you the wrong tracking info via the Revdex.comthat showed the 48lbsFortunately I have the tracking infoI mixed them up and sent you the amazon one via the Revdex.com...Hence Lexington, KYThe actual track info is UPS #***This one shows lbs to Santa AnaEnough deception and greed and please refund meI will never order from you again and i'm going to make sure pother people know about your lack of care and attention when it comes to returning items.

Order info.:
Customer made purchase *** through Amazon Marketplace FBM (fulfill by merchant) for pairs of lbs plate on May
2nd, and paid for Expedited Service Per our contract with Amazon, the package must be shipped to customer between May -
Shipment info.:
We shipped the correct package to customer using USPS Priority mail, tracking # ***
According to USPS, the package was delivered on May 7th,
Communication between customer & us
According to our communication policy posted on Amazon & Amazon policy, if there is any issue, the customer suppose to contact either Amazon or us via Amazon message tool for solutions The customer also has 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the package If he/she chooses to return the item, he/she has to contact us for the RMA for re-reimbursement.
However, since the transaction has been closed until now, we have not received any communication from the customer via Amazon (see attachment) Without direct communication from the customer, we are not able to assist he/she to resolve this case
Provided tracking # from the customer
As we attempt to study the letter from you, we learned that the provided tracking # ***
is a next day air service that ships a lbs package to LEXINGTON, KY, US We
a) do not have any office in LEXINGTON, KY, US (our only office is in CA as well as the ship to address that the customer has is also in CA)
b) the lbs plate that the customer claim to return back to us can't be lbs (see attachment)
Please advise the customer to contact us directly for immediate & direct assistance

Review: Dear Sir or Madam:I used a credit card rot purchase two (2) 18-pound dumbbells from Idzo, Inc. ,3602 Central Avenue, Santa Ana CA.The company only sent me one (1).Information gave me a phone number for Idzo—[redacted], but this number is incorrect. It is, instead, a number for a company called "[redacted]."Please help me contact Idzo so, I can get that entity to fulfill our contract.Sincerely,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I can get that entity to fulfill our contract.

Review: Placed an order for 5 lb weight plates from Idzo Inc. via amazon.com. Order was for 4. I received only 2. They charged my visa $42! for 2 5lb weight plates. I returned the plates and have not received anything at all. The Order number is #[redacted]-*###-###-####[redacted]. The return tracking number is UPS #[redacted]. I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: Refund.

1. Order info.:

Customer made purchase [redacted] through Amazon Marketplace FBM (fulfill by merchant) for 2 pairs of 5 lbs plate on May 2nd, 2014 and paid for Expedited Service. Per our contract with Amazon, the package must be shipped to customer between May 5 - 8.

2. Shipment info.:

We shipped the correct package to customer using USPS Priority mail, tracking # [redacted]

According to USPS, the package was delivered on May 7th, 2014.

The fact is that I shipped 2 packages that day...one to amazon in LEXINGTON, KY at 48 lbs and one to you in SANTA ANA, CA weighing 10 lbs, which were (2) x 5lb plates. What disturbs me is that you received this package WITH THE ORDER NUMBER INSIDE and took it upon yourselves to completely ignore it...now, citing that I sent you the wrong tracking info via the Revdex.com. that showed the 48lbs. Fortunately I have the tracking info. I mixed them up and sent you the amazon one via the Revdex.com...Hence Lexington, KY. The actual track info is UPS #[redacted]. This one shows 10 lbs to Santa Ana. Enough deception and greed and please refund me. I will never order from you again and i'm going to make sure pother people know about your lack of care and attention when it comes to returning items.
