He is not being truthful our company has done work on his building on [redacted] ** in San Bernardino you can run his name to verify ownership of building and after completing installing new window's took months to pay this is why we agreed company amd [redacted] to pay full amount to not have same problem [redacted] had with Blain building he was using as a marijuana dispensary [redacted] agreed to pay full amount upfront as shown on invoice No where on invoice dos it say deposit it was to be payed in full [redacted] alterd original deal to pay in full and now he has to accommodate same original deal to pay in fullWindows are hear and will not be installed until [redacted] pays total of bill as we both agreed in beginning We will not accept his alterations of deal and invoice or any other work for him

property.  He recently contacted me and told me he needs more work on other building,  i said ok but he has to pay in full to avoid any repeated conflicts.  He agreed.  A week later we received check for $480 half of total bill, I called he says thats all he is giving until job is done after the fact he agreed to pay bill in full to not repeat same problem.  I ordered window's and told him we need full payment because we feel he wont pay. Invoice says pay total. No where does it say taking deposit.  He said he had other half but has not send. We have window's he needs to stay with original contract and pay rest of bill just how we agreed in biginig . He cant olter any deals we already maid.
