Have been waiting for my AC to be repaired since 6/24/ AC guy came out 7/6/Filled the Freon and said there was a leakApparently this information was not passed [redacted] to IE RentalsI called numerous times to get it repairedI took half a day off on 8/1/to wait for the AC guy to show up from Noon to 6pm and he never didHowever the next day he showed up at 10:50amThis appointment was NOT scheduledThey kept trying make the appointment during the day when I was at workThis last Monday 8/8/I had a friend go to my house from 3-6PM the scheduled appointment time and no one showed upTrying to get this repaired has been nothing but a nightmareThey have no communication between staffAs one person told me one thing and then I get a different answer from someone elseTemps have been 100+ for some of the previous weeks

? I am rejecting this response because: Yes my deposit was sent out but it was shortI paid $to move in and they still are arguing and telling me that I only paid $They gave me $of the $they said I paidI have all the proof that I paid $and they are still going off of what the on site manager put into the systemI am very upset still and if I don't get my other $I will be taking them to small claims court

IE Rental homes is not be compliant with the home renters association I still have trash on the property from previous tenants I repeatedly have contacted the business that im renting from and they say they will get back to me about numerous issues and fail to do so I would like a full investigation on this business they are unprofessional and dont take care of what they are responsible for as renters

I moved into [redacted] De [redacted] Drive Apt [redacted] in San [redacted] in November of I had paid to move inwas the first recipt that I have and for the otherI moved out January 8th Upon inspection of the apartment I was told that I would be getting my deposit of $back within daysI immediately said why because I had paid $The manager was new so she didn't know anything about itThen days later I was still waiting for my deposit so my husband called to get the information and figure out what was going onOur signatures had been forged on paperwork stating we paid $to move in a $in december when I had paid $I gave the legal department the recipts that I had and the paperwork that I had stating we paid $to move in amd $for the month that we had signedThe other signatures looked nothing like my husband and my signature yet the guy said that they have what the original manager had sent in and thats what they were going off ofIts not ri

I WAS RENTING FROM THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY THEY WERE SLOW TO FIX THINGS AND THE RENTAL OFFICE STAFF LIED AND STATED MY GAS LINE WAS FIX AND IT WAS NOTBECAUSE MONTHS LATER THE GAS COMPANY TURN MY GAS OFF DUE TO A GAS LEAK ON THE PROPERTYHOWEVER, OFFICE MANGER IS VERY RUDE AND ABRUPT WITH RENTERS AND STAFF.THEY ARE SLUM LORDS THEY DIDNT RETURN MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK THE HIRE NON LICENSE CONTRACTORS TO DO WORK ON PROPERTYi STRONGLY RECOMMEND NO ONE TO RENT FROM THEM My daughter rent from them as well and won her case against them and was awarded house was tag inhabitable

I've bern having issues with the stove Contacted I E Rentals they sent someone out several times I continuously smelled gas called the Gas Co Several times becauseb to he pilot light kept going out Called I E Rentals they sent Tri Appliance out he checked it and said that the valve for the pilot is no longer working and that cause for a new stove Called the Gas Co again they came and turned the gas off to the stove and red tagged it Took paperwork yo I E Rentals they said that they don't replace stoves I'm not understanding why when its in their unit

Just sharing a reviewMy ac has been out since 4/24/and it is now 7/19/It's currently degrees in my apartmentMy year old is getting chronic nosebleeds from being so dehydrated even though we have him constantly drinking waterMy apartment is uninhabitableWhen I call to check on my 6th work order I get yelled at and hung up onWhen I call again they send me to the manager who berates me while I'm on speaker phoneI tell her to have a nice day and hang up the phoneNow with the way they are acting towards me with so much aggression I'm afraid to go in the office and also I'm afraid that they will try to evict us because we are complaining about our ac unit not workingThis is a very difficult situation and I hope someone does something soon so other people don't have to go through the same experience because this is affecting my daily life and my work because I cant sleepWe also cant cook because it makes the apartment even hotter

I filed a maintenance request for my stove and heater back in nov and again in decMy heater still is not workingAlso for mold & roaches
Im pregnant and have no heating in the unitIt took 1/months to get a stove, so cal gas shut it off due to leaking gasThe fernice still hasnt been replacedIm pregnant and had no way to cook for months straight, roaches vacate the premises there was mold in my bathroom for two months without them prioritizing this health riskIm pregnant and more sensitive than everI also needed a couch to be picked up by waste management and IE refused to give me an account number or any info to get trash picked up and in there rental agreement they are responsible for trashThey also told me if they get cited for the couch on the st I would have to pay even though that is not in the rental agreementWaste management asked me to call them and get the account number so they could schedule a pickup for the couch that was full of roaches and spiders, W

My complaint is about IE Rentals in Hemet CaliforniaI live with my disabled brother who is a double amputee legally blind and in a wheelchairHe has heart problems and Type Diabetes My year old lives here tooI also have Type diabetes and thyroid diseaseWe have a major cockroach infestation, they are in my stove, microwave, stereo , my cupboards, bathroom, kitchen, they are even in our beds sometimesI have asked I.E Rentals in writing twice to do something like spray or fumigate and I got no responseI have sprayed, set off bombers, mop with bleach everyday and they still do not go away Cockroaches carry many diseases and with my brother and I having our immune system is compromised we get sick very easilymy brother has had respiratory problems , stomach issues and diarrheaMy brother and I are on a fixed income and we are below poverty level so it is very hard to get the money saved to movei have never been late on my rent since I moved in back in February

I rented from this company and it was the worst! They don't fix anything! But they will raise your rent! And when we moved out they kept almost all our deposit! And we cleaned everything! They are horrible!!! Someone should shut them down

I live in apartment owned by I.E rental homes in hemet caThey have rasid my rent but have not fixed my floors.there are two holes in my floors .Also maintenance does not show up in a company vehicle does half the work I have three young children and nothing is being done about it Now that have to fix and redo the carpets the land lord is now harassing me about every little thing I do

IE Rentals took over my house from my previous landlordI was told they are going to come out and fix everything with the houseA man came out in May and fixed part of my Bach yard fence, it was leaning over and missing boardsI was told he’d be back in the next couple days to fix the other side and add a gateHe has never been back and every month when I go in to pay my rent, I inquire on my fence and I’m told they’ll contact the fence guy and they take my name and numberI have dogs and live on a busy street, I don’t want them to get out and get harmed

We just recently took over this complex late Nov of 2016, and there is a new owner for this propertyWhen we walked the units each and every one, we were not notified of the degree of any roach infestation that the previous owner had on the complexNot one tenant provided any information or came
forward with their concern of needing pest controlWe will set up service, and maintain service on the property to abate the issues at handWe do not know if the tenant placed requests with the previous owner, and nothing just never got done, but we will take action on the matterThe tenant can consult with the New manager on the complex, or contact the office at ###-###-####Thank You
