iElegant Nails

Review: I went to Elegant Nails as a part of a bridal party the day before the wedding. I received the services of both a manicure and pedicure. When I went to change for the wedding rehearsal, one of the finger nails had already chipped. Unfortunately, due to time constraints of the wedding, I did not have time to go back and get them fixed. By the wedding day, all of my nails had chipped. I called Elegant Nails the morning after the wedding asking for a gift card or return of my money since the nails were not suppose to chip for at least a week. They only offered for me to go back and get the nails re done even though I stated I live an hour away from the salon (we did not stay in town the night of the wedding). I feel this is poor customer service since I spent a lot of money (they charged extra for the design I had done even though it didn't say anywhere designs would cost extra. They also charged me extra for the kind of polish I had put on even though that was not posted anywhere either). I do not feel this was adequate customer service and am not happy with how they handled the situation.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $60 which I spent on getting my nails done.
