I am rejecting this response because: Is unsatisfactory it you four months and me to process a complain for you guys to do something about this issue I have two invoice that was written by persons that work for your company you telling me that you never heard anything about it very hard to believeThis response is unacceptableIf my kids have health issues does to the Roches and mold that your walls have I will take legal action I still want refund of my deposit

1st time I hear about complaint, I will have our maintenance personnel out to property on or before 8/29/

Her AC was taken care of and in working order, this is no longer an issue.

yes they finally came to fix a few things after 8 months of complaining about it but as always they did not complete the job they did not exterminate for the rats n mice and they did not fix my broken garage door that they promised to fix ever since I moved in here over a year ago I cant even put my cars in the garage also I paid my rent put in a envelope in their drop box even put myself on video cause I felt that they would pull something like this n sure enough their lieing and saying they lost my money orders well I paid my rent on the 3rd so why havent they given me a 3 day notice if they didnt receive my money orders why because their lying and playing immature games this is a form of harassment I put in a request for them to exterminate the roaches and rats n to fix the garage and bathtub clog among other complaints and for that they raised my rent come to find out thats completely illegal so no I do not except the way they only fixed half the things their suppose to only after the Revdex.com steps in after 8 months of my complaining to no avail further more I want my rent brought back down to what it was before I ask them to fix things its illegal for them to do these things they do these things to a whole lot of their tenants im telling every oe to go to the Revdex.com to report these slum lords im completely unhappy with ie rental homes inc especially for the way their playing games with my rent money

this is te foolish games tey have been playing for months these people have my phone number and they already know I work and that im home every week end but this is their way of stalling ill call them and tell tem what ive already told them im available week ends
