Although the Applegate insulation seems like a great product, I did not appreciate the sales technique. The salesperson wanted me to sign that very day, without giving me time to think over the estimate. He even wanted me to justify why I wasn't signing up, and that made me uncomfortable. I might have considered getting insulation but the sales experience was so unpleasant that I don't want to now. If they had just given me an estimate and left, I would be considering their services, but the high pressure tactics were unsettling.

We had recently had some attic insulation installed in our house. The salesman that sold us the insulation was pretty good at his job. He preformed all of his demos and presented estimated cost savings. The issue that I have is when it came to the final price. We were sold on the finance option that was presented. We were told that we could take our purchase and have 0% interest for 50months. With their estimated energy savings our out of pocket for the purchase would have been around 20 bucks. Why wouldn't you do it? Once the job was done we found out that they only offered a 15month 0% interest rate. This changes the ball game in a big way. If you decide you would like to use this company just be on the lookout for shady sales tactics.

The product will save me tons of money in the coming years and is an excelent investment for any home !
