Review: I paid for the item in December of 2012. The item sold on December 2nd and it was within a couple of days that I made payment to this seller. The item was shipped timely but arrived broken and damaged. The seller told me that it was fully insured and there was no problem because he was opening up a claim with the postal service or whoever had shipped and insured it. I had sent follow-up emails in January when I was assured by this seller that the claims process was already in motion and a resolution would be soon.

I had contacted this seller twice in March with no response and no refund.

After filing a claim with IC3 I finally received response from this company in June. They had found a replacement and chose to send it to replace the original broken item. Unfortunately, it arrived broken as well. I believe that it was not packaged properly and that could have been the issue with the first item as well. Without opening it, you could hear the pieces rattling around within the box. I contacted the company using the same contact that I had been using and they said they would file a claim with the USPS and take care of it. The last time I have heard from them was May 7th. I have tried to contact a few other times via email but there has been no response.

I contacted [redacted] and they provided me a phone number. When I called the phone number, there is an

automated message saying that they will not communicate by phone and the only way they would

respond to anything was through email.

The refund due to me is $320.40Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. I would have been happy with a replacement, but being that it was also damaged and the lack of response, I no longer want to do business with this company and want my payment refunded.
