Hello,I agreed to arrange a shipment to P** *** while she was in the statesI built her a custom breakfast tray and after the package was returned to me, we had been trying to coordinate a time to ship her item to her at a time when either she or a co-worker would be back in the states as
shipping to the UK is very expensive and she travels here often for workAfter we were unable to coordinate a delivery time, I made an exception to my "no refund" policy (as all of my products are custom made for my clients), and issued her a refund via Etsy, as shown in the attached photoShe is saying that she never received the refund, however it is showing on my end to have gone throughI would be willing to ship her a tray free of charge next time she or a co-worker are in the Los Angeles, CA area to put this situation to restI run an honest business and pour a huge amount of time and dedication into my work, so would be happy to do what I can on my end to resolve this issue. I am rejecting this response because:Hello, I have previously registered a complaint with you and the case was closed when it WASN'T RESOLVED. The original complaint ID was 12675249 regarding the fact I never received my tray and didn't ever receive a refund. J[redacted] replied saying she had issued a refund on the 15th November - but this didn't ever get back to me. I have received no refund. I am in the process of speaking to Etsy to see if the problem lays with them....hence the delay in my responding. I still await a refund, and until such time as I receive one, I'd appreciate you keeping this case open. Thank you. Pip Full refund asap
