Review: I purchase a bed from this store May/2013 and I keep calling and calling and I still do not have the bed , it is August and they still keep giving me the run around.

I would like for them to deliver the bed immediately or give me my money back. They have a store policy that you can not get a refund only a store credit.

I did receive a couple of calls from one of the customer service representative from the store stating that he was aggressively working on trying to get the merchandise that I paid for, at this time a delivery date is still not able to be determined. I'm sure that he will call today as promised however the trend of phone calls have all had the same results. No true date of when the product will be delivered. If I can not get my merchandise within 7 business days I would like for my credit card to be refunded. At this point a store credit is not an option.

We have contacted the manufacturer to expedite the customer's order. They have obliged and we will be receiving the items on 8/28/2013. We have informed the customer of this and have tentatively scheduled her for delivery on 8/29/2013. We have been in contact with the customer numerous times to keep her informed and will continue to do so.

[redacted] did deliver the bed on 08/29/13 they dropped the bed off which was very heavy and had several components. Our previous discussions was they would deliver the bed and assemble the bed. I had someone come over to assemble te bed and of course there were screws missing Fo the frame. At that point I went to the hardware store to get some screw to be done with it. This was the sorriest excuse of customer service I have ever seen. There wa one employee in customer service named [redacted] who did all that he could do to resolve my complaint and to be honest with you, I may not even have the bed if his efforts were not do great...
