Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have reviewed the responds from I.F.C but do not agree to that due to the fact that first and foremost this company not really discriminate again me and a customer but always showed no sympathy to their customers like me. I.C.F did not represent my interest as their client in the first place but rather refused to speak to me and my lawyer because I contact Revdex.com and consumer affairs which I have a civil right to do that if I am been cheated and ripped off. I made payment directed from my bank with a banks check to I.F.C of the amount of over $ 3,unwillingly due to the fact that they claim that was the only way United Arab Shipping Company will release my container on the *** of December by 9amAs per I.F.C Policies container is released hours upon final payment which this payment was not incurred for my doing , I mean of no doing on my part which was verbalized by both the manager MrS** and the Director MsB*** on a recorded conversation. Why should an individual like me, taking into consideration been a woman and an African this company discriminated towards me, made me pay all these money of over $ 6,more for a container which should only cost $ 2,To add more insult to my injury the container was not released until hours that is days after payment was made and also almost all the items in my container which I.F.C claims to be my freight forwarder are all damagedThose damages are beyond repairs and I do have pictures of all those items to show for the damages as a prove and copies are attached to this responds. I.C.F have to man up and accept responsibility to all this damages in collaboration with United Arab Shipping company for not treating me a customer fairly and I know there are more victims out there who have been victims to this unfair treatment from shipping companies and freight forwarders like I.F.C and United ArabI have attached copies of the latest payment I made from my account to I.F.C which they received but refused to speak to me or on my behalfI also have phone records to prove all thoseCompanies like I.f.C and UASC need to be brought to light how they rip-off their so called customers and when you try to exercise your civil right they shut the door in your faceI need them to respond to who takes responsibility for the damages that I have incurredThanks***I Have attached pictures of damaged items.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I do not agree with the responds from IFC regarding the fact that they keep on referring to me as not their customerI was the person who made both payment directly to them and that was received and I have proof of that transactionITF stating that they communicated promptly with *** *** was and I have proof of all the emails and when they were sent. Even though the container was rented on my behalf I still believe I am the customerI personally spoke with both the manager MrS** and the director MsF* multiple times on a recorded line, that they both agree that the charges were outrageousIf they still believe that they did nothing illegal or wrong , I will let the court system make that decision They acted unprofessional immediately they notice I have contacted Revdex.com and consumer AffairsI will not let sleeping dogs lie until justice is servedThanks
