Cheapest furniture I've ever purchased! Our leather dining chair is falling apart just a little over two years of purchase date from M Jacobs in Bend, OR. Of course there's nothing they can do to help because the warranty ran out. One of the wooden side chairs is wobbly too. PURE CRAP!

replace the dresser, and the replacement order was placed on 03/03.Another claim was received on 03/08 regarding a damaged headboard. We've requested some photos to support the 2nd claim. We received a email of the 2nd batch of photos on 03/21. We finalized the 2nd claim on 05/02, and ordered the replacement headboard on 05/03.As we pointed out at the time of ordering, these special ordered items might take a long time to come in. The original shipment took more than 3 months to be completed. The replacement dresser is currently on hand. We are still waiting for the replacement headboard to come in before sending both pieces out very shortly.Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences. We also appreciate your patience. I purchased a 2 piece lift top coffee table & inn table on line. My credit card was charged. Their shipping time was 14 days, I was assigned an order#. 5 weeks later I asked how my order was coming, no reply. I tried calling, only answering machines. I left multiple messages, Customer service, sales & shipping departments,with no response. I then received an e-mail, my order has been cancelled with full refund. I have asked for an explanation, no response. I do not know how they stay in business.

Review: I ordered a couch which was suppose to be delivered on Nov 4 20015 as of which it was not when I contacted the company they said it was shipped to the wrong store and tried to give me a couch they picked out when I refuse they sent me a email with pics of other couches I did not like them so I as for my money back which was $2135.71 they agreed but todate they have not given me a refund and are ignoring all emails and phone callsDesired Settlement: I get my $2135.71 refunded asap

Review: I paid $2693.00 for a leather sectional sofa set on 3/7/14 and was told that the sofa would be shipped in approximately 6 to 8 weeks. At the end of May I was told that it would be the end of June before I would receive the item. At the end of June I had some trouble getting a hold of anyone for about 2 weeks and finally got a hold of them. They said that the item was not going to come in that they were having trouble getting the item from overseas and they were going to refund my money which I was expecting to receive the first part of July. Since then I have been unable to contact them after numerous phone messages and emails. Yesterday someone in the sales department actually answered the phone and when I explained my problem he hung up on me. I have phone records, paid receipts, and credit card & bank statements to support my claimDesired Settlement: I can not afford to have almost $3000.00 stolen from me...I have saved up this money for quite a while for a new couch to replace a couch that is over 14 years old. Please help me get my money back.

Review: I purchased several pieces of furniture on 2-28-13 and it was shipped to me March 15, 2013. It arrived about 2 weeks after the shipping date. The manufacturers warranty is one year. I contacted Joe Nguyen on March 6, 2014 about the stitching in my loveseat unraveling. I sent him several photos per his request. He informed me that he would have a local furntiure repairman contact me to schedule a service call. It's been 2 months since I made initial contact with Joe and after several emails, phone calls and voice mail messages to him, I haven't heard back from him nor a local furniture repairman.Desired Settlement: The loveseat was part of a two piece living room set. The loveseat gets the most use but I expect the sofa stitching is also of the same low quality and is not what I expected when I purchased the set. Their website claims to have high quality furntiure at low prices. I do not consider this set a high quality set. I paid $1845 for the set and the pieces are not broken down on the invoice.

Review: Purchased a leather couch and love seat in June 2015, person that I conducted the business with never discussed any different type of delivery. He informed me that I would have my set within days of shipping from the warehouse. Merchandise arrived all wrapped in shrink wrap rather than in card board boxes. Delivery person was in a hurry and told me that he would place items on my side walk. Asked if he could bring them in the house because I have a bad back and he acquiesced. I signed the receipt showing that I received the merchandise and he drove away. I unpacked the love seat and the next day I proceeded to unpack the couch and noticed that the couch was damaged on the back panel, The back panel had small square pieces of leather sewn together rather than a whole piece, the piping was also made up of small pieces sewn together and of varying colors and the " WOOD " was molded plastic and so were the leg pieces. The backs on the couch and love seat have no frame , just a thin piece of board with the covering on it. Called vendor told him the problem. and that I wanted my money refunded. He agreed and would have some one come out to pick up the love seat and he'd donate the couch locally rather than ship it back. Emailed asking me to box said love seat. Advised him that there was no box and he informed me that he'd provide a " white glove " vendor to pack and ship back. Never heard from him again. Had [redacted] stop payment until issue was resolved. They resolved issue in IFD favor on the basis that I didn't have a white glove delivery so they couldn't assign damage to vendor nor me so I was the one who broke it. They were also informed that I was notified about them wanting to repair the damage at their cost without assuming responsibility but that I refused. Was never notified and besi[redacted] resolution Experts didn't take under consideration. Thank you very much, [redacted].Desired Settlement: Reimburse my account to the sum of $ 2400.00 and remove his junk out of my house so that I can buy the furniture that I want because his furniture is made up of bits and pieces of scrapped pallets assembled together.
