I lost my job and had to miss some payments. I let them know of course. Once I started working again I resumed my payments and was slowly paying back the payments I missed but they keep pulling my credit even after me telling them not to. I have been in contact with them and like I said paying them back as much as I can afford every month but they keep bring up all my Bill's are paid and why aren't they being paid back. It's only $400 now and they keep threatening me with legal action even though I was paying them back as well as making my payments. Now that the covid thing is going on I was laid off and I let them know that and sent them my EI claim. Now they pulled my regular payment and just check and they pulled a second unauthorized payment and also said they pulled my credit. This bothers me and I don't believe this is good busniess practice and just wondering if this is illegal. They can't send me anything saying they have the authority to keep pulling my credit that seems to be monthly now for the past few months. PLEASE HELP
I just want them to stop pulling my credit while I get back on my feet and not take extra payments that was not authorized. Especially while all the income I have coming in is EI which barely allows me to get by. Also just want them to quit *** threatening me especially because I've been in contact with them so it's just annoying
Beware - once you sign up you are locked in to their terms - early on I wanted to change the payment date moving forward thru the duration of contract - they will NOT work with you to do this -instead they charge you a $30 admin fee each and every time you switch the date your monthly payment is withdrawn - once I pay off I will never deal with them again
I have been in contact with the company to make arrangements for payments. They have not complied to the arrangements and change payment dates each time. when I called in again they advised me that they have no time to deal with me and that myself or my cosigner are not co-operating, which in fact is nothing further from the truth.
For the business to do their job and not pass the buck or push me away when trying to rectify the situation. I have advised them of my pay dates and they say it is $30 each time to change it. They are extremely unprofessional.

We can confirm that, in all instances, we work with borrowers to assist them in repayment of their obligations of a loan with us. We provide clarity to how long a bank transaction should take (to enable them to have funds available for debit) and we give opportunities for other means for repayment. There is a standard industry fee (which is in our original contract with all borrowers) to change a payment date.

The complaint is with their company and have been unprofessional with my self. When beginning my "relationship" with the company I was not asked a preferred date for payments and now wish to charge me fee to change the date ... un acceptable
