Review: I placed an order on line for 2 first aid kits on Wed., June 4, 2014. Order number [redacted]. They sent me notification that this order has shipped on Wed., June 4, 2014 and It will be arriving in 3 - 5 business days. have not received it as of today Monday, June 23, 2014.When I called the 800 number, It asks for a person's ext, or customer service. I have left several messages for customer service, and have not received a call back. I have also called the direct number, and it gives the same phone recorded information. When I click on the link to track the shipping information, it doesn't provide an further information. Review: The order was placed on 10/4/13. I paid for UPS ground that was quoted as 3-5 business days. After 2 weeks I had still not received the items. I called the company numerous times only to be placed in voicemail, to leave a message that would never be returned. I faxed the company and never received a response. I emailed them through their website 3 times and still received no response.Desired Settlement: I just want my corporate card credited for the purchase. Due to the time that has passed, I was left with no choice but to order from another supplier.

Review: On September 23, 2013 our company placed an online order for first aid kits from ifirstaidkits.com. We chose First Class Mail (5-8 business day shipping, received an email confirmation acknowledging this, and the items were not sent. From October 3 to October 28, 2013 we made several attempts to contact the company via their contact information on their website. The company phone number constantly had us leave messages on a voicemail that were never returned. We launched a formal dispute with our credit card company on October 28th regarding this order. On November 18th we received the shipment from [redacted]. The shipment was marked as shipped on 11/14/2013, and the only reason our office received the items is because the sender address did not match the merchant info so we thought it was another item we were expecting via mail. Since 11/18/2013 we have again made attempts to contact the company to receive a "RMA number" per their return policy and again we are just forward to a voicemail with no return call. I am sending the company a certified letter as well as launching this complaint to settle my dispute and receive a full refund.Desired Settlement: We request that the company receive our return and issue us a full refund.

Review: The firm ([redacted]) order 75 first aid kits and paid online over $1500 on December 23, 2013. As of January 3rd, the online reports states the order was shipped via UPS. No tracking number was sent to me and the date of the shipment was not listed. I have called this firm 3 times, send 2 online inquiries, faxed an inquiry, and used their directory to leave a voicemail to one of their employees - not knowing what department they were in - but beseeching them to help me. I have not heard a word from the firm. They have my money - we have no kits and no way to talk to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to receive the kits as they are needed, but if they have not shipped, they can provide a credit to our credit card as this is not the type of firm I want to do business with.
