Drop off iPad on July 27, to fix/replace broken screen I was told two weeks in a row that they did not get parts in yet and would call when part in and iPad is repairedIt is now September 16, heard nothing backThe iPad was fully functionable, just needed the screen repairBut after a month, just consider the item as lostBy this point I don't know if more damage had occur to it or possible parts was swap outJust not worth itTheir Business phone # [redacted]

I do not have the iPodI went last week to pick it up and was told that it was on its way back from the iPad rehab and they would call me when they recieved itAnd I have not recieved a call but plan on going back to get itNo, I have not taken it to Apple because I have not gotten it back
from iFix and repairI read on the bottom of my reciept that allowing iFix and repair to work on your device voids any warranty with Apple

After reviewing the time line of the repair for this customer Our special order usually take 7-business days to come in , with in the days the part did arrive The employees did try to give her a call and a voice mail was not set up to leave a messageShe came in looking for her part and
it was here We did a extensive check list on her phone , everything was working We do not check the vibration on the phone, but the front camera was workingBut upon the repair the camera did stop workingSo the tech whom performed the repair offered to buy the part him self out of his pocket to make the part get here a little faster, Which it came in with in days.
When she came in to look for her camera the employee whom was here was still in training and is unsure how to repair her device so it was told to her it was better yet to have the lead tech perform the repair on her phone She came back on a Saturday , asking to get her camera put back in , we told her we was going to be able to do it , but we have to finish the phones we have in first before working on hers , and we explained to her that it would be best to come back Monday so she wouldn't have to wait a few hours to get her phone back since we was so busy she never showed up Monday so we put her part to the side until she decided to come back inShe did come back on Wednesday I explained to her I would stop what I was doing to finish her repair since she has waited a extra few days , she was fine with that Upon the repair the power over ( which is not glued in ) flew in the air upon sealing her phone back together , we explained to her that we need to get a new part for it She was fine , we also explained to her we were not able to check the vibrator motor on the phone so we aren't liable if it isn't working any more , but we would be more the happy to provide customer service to her and just order a new one , she understood and said that is fine We did order the parts for her phone , and unfortunate accidents happens working with components in a phone and we are going to fix the issues that happenWe are not able to give her a refund for her repair due to the screen we put on her phone is from a 3rd party vendor , and we have a store policy " no refunds on standard repairs " special orders are non refundable "

I am rejecting this response because: The solutions they have offered me works in their favor and leaves me at a lossI was offered a loaner phone from the regional manager (***)she said that her boyfriend might have an old android I could use that I would be able to call and text onI informed her that I needed an apple phone because of the apps I use for work are apple only apps and would not work on a droid deviceI had then spoken to a gentleman by the name of *** that I had to call multiple locations before I was given his number. Once I spoke to *** he stated he would look for me a replacement and I would here from him by noon on Friday the 23rd, which I never heard from himYes Ifixandrepair did offer to buy out my phone for my upgrade and I was willing to accept that deal until I was told they would not be replacing the phone I originally had if I took this offerBy them buying out my contract I could upgrade and wait till October 5th to get my upgrade and have a paper weight of a phone they damagedIf I buy out my contract myself I would have my original iPhone plus 64Gb and my new upgraded phone. If I took the deal they wanted to do I would have my original unrepeatable iPhone plus 64gb and still have to wait for my upgradeI was also emailed (email attached) Sunday night by Casey telling me she had found me a phoneShe stated it was a White IPhone plus 16gb and not my original black IPhone plus 64gb like I hadI told her that I would not take that phone because it wasn't my exact one they had damaged beyond repairShe informed me that this was the best she could do and that if I didn't accept this phone I would have to wait for her to sell it to get the money top try and buy another like I originally had.I want a replacement phone exactly like I brought to the business in the first placeI also find it ridiculous that I have to wait and suffer for an employee of Ifixandrepair to get paid so he can pay for a replacement phone he damagedI came into Ifixandrepair place business not some employee of Ifixandrepair

This is a very unfortunate situation and I feel horrible that the *** were caught in the middle of this store being under very poor managementI have spoken with them several times and have been attempting to get their *** replaced because that would be the correct thing to happen under the
situationThere has been some definite up's and down's with this situation, at this point it has been resolved by the myself and the regional manager to find a replacement device for the *** and that will hopefully be done by the end of the weekI will be personally contacting the *** as soon as I have a device in my hand to give to them. My deepest apologizes for the whole situation *** ***Store Manager Ifixandrepair

It is now September 16, 2016 heard nothing back. The iPad was fully functionable, just needed the screen repair. But after a month, just consider the item as lost. We have expedited the repair process, offered loaner phones during the process. Then, weoffered to buy out his contract has cash in hand, customer was fine with that so he could upgrade to the iPhone 7, then changed his mind, and said he wanted a phone by Monday. We have offered him a replacement...

phone but he has refused. We have given the customer several options, and we have done everything we can to find a resolution for this customer.
